OUR APPROACH
When engaged by the developer, the estate was fully titled with construction already complete. However, sales momentum had slowed, prompting the need for a refreshed approach.
Leveraging a deep understanding of the site’s complexities, we delivered a comprehensive rebrand, developed new marketing assets and implemented a strategic, targeted digital campaign. Bridgewater Rise estate is an attractive residential community located in the township of Bridgewater on Loddon, only around 30 minutes from Bendigo. The community enjoys a charming riverside lifestyle, with convenient access to the Loddon River, local amenities, and a strong sense of local identity.
Positioned within the Township zone and adjacent to the Bridgewater Recreation Reserve, the development offers level, titled allotments with sizes ranging from approximately 677m2 to 1,192m2

Our strategy centred on communicating the unique combination of size, value and lifestyle that the estate offers. We developed fresh brand assets to reflect the development’s premium yet accessible positioning, and deployed a targeted digital campaign aimed at buyers seeking a strong regional alternative to the Bendigo market.
During the campaign we emphasised key differentiators such as the central township zoning, proximity to the Loddon River and reserved recreation areas. The coordinated marketing approach built momentum, strengthened the development’s visibility and supported successful lot sales across the release.

PETHERICKS RISE
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Pethericks Rise is a semi-rural estate just outside Bendigo, positioned on Pethericks Road in Goornong. It features generous rural-living-zoned allotments ranging from 11 to 27 acres (4.4ha up to 11ha approx.), each with quality infrastructure - including sealed road access and power connected. It was designed with space, flexibility and tranquillity, while remaining accessible to the township and regional amenities.

Our task was to highlight the development’s blend of rural charm and regional connectivity. We refreshed the estate’s presentation to emphasise key differentiators - such as the large-scale land sizes, rural-living zoning, freedom of building design (STCA) and proximity to Goornong, Huntly and the upcoming transport links.
Through high-quality visual assets, targeted digital campaigns to buyers seeking a genuine rural-lifestyle in the Bendigo region, we shaped a narrative of lifestyle-choice rather than simply land-purchase. Apsley Mews estate is an exclusive, low-maintenance residential community located in the heart of Strathfieldsaye, just a short 9 km drive from the Bendigo city centre.
Designed with the semi-retired or over-55s buyer in mind, the development offers individually titled homes, built as house and land packages by a local builder.
Each residence features quality fixtures, built-in landscaping and a turnkey finish providing a comfortable lifestyle with minimal maintenance in a highly accessible, established suburb.
OUR APPROACH
Our strategy focused on elevating the offering’s premium lifestyle attributes and simplifying the purchase proposition for discerning buyers. At the start of the campaign our marketing assets captured the vision for the off-the-plan finished homes and evolved to include the finished products as construction progressed.
Targeted and integrated traditional and digital campaigns to over55s and downsizers - highlighting the individually titled ownership model (home + land), proximity to shops, cafés and healthcare in Strathfieldsaye, and easy access to Bendigo.
This combined approach helped to amplify enquiry, convert interest and position the estate as a leading choice for low-maintenance, highquality living in the region.
