PREP (Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program)

The focus of this skills-based workshop is on increasing effective communication between couples. Modules include how to build strong relationships, men and women's differing views points, keeping the fun in your relationship, expressing concerns constructively and examining hidden issues and expectations. This course is often co-facilitated with the Chaplain.
