PREP (Prevention and Relationship Enhancement Program)

The focus of this skills-based workshop is on increasing effective communication between couples. Modules include how to build strong relationships, men and women's differing views points, keeping the fun in your relationship, expressing concerns constructively and examining hidden issues and expectations. This course is often co-facilitated with the Chaplain.

The Five Love Languages

This class is ideal for couples in committed relationships, whether engaged or married. Participants will gain insightful knowledge through covered topics, such as: being in love is not enough for a successful marriage, "like mother, like daughter" and "like father, like son" is not a myth, apologizing is a sign of strength, and a plan for money is needed.
