Family Readiness Command Team Training

The Family Readiness Command Team provides primary support for Marines and family members in regards to family readiness. Command Team Training ensures that the entire Command Team understands the Commanding Officer’s intent for the Unit Personal Family Readiness Program By going through this training, each member of the Command Team will know their responsibilities in the program

Family Readiness trainings fulfill the requirement of the Command Team membersas directed by MCO 1754.9B.

Family Readiness Coordinator Training

DRC/URCs will discover their roles and responsibilities within the Unit Personal Family Readiness Program. They will receive the tools to perform their duties effectively, while remaining in compliance with Marine Corps Orders

Family Readiness Volunteer Training

This training is a requirement for any family member who wants to be (or already has been) appointed to a volunteer position as a Family Readiness Assistant or Command Team Advisor, per MCO 1754.9B. Family Readiness Volunteer Training provides volunteers with foundational tools to ensure they are able to perform at optimal levels in the Unit Personal and Family Readiness Programs.
