College, the best experience for our education and our mental growth. Where we are meeting new people, having the best adventures, and making memories, but the most stressful days of our lives. Some have it better and some don’t, but when it comes to taking care of ourselves during these stressful days, there just doesn’t seem to be enough time. One of the parts of our bodies that struggles the most during our busy days is our skin. The skin is one of the most fundamental parts of the body and is the body’s largest organ. When it comes to taking care of it, as college students, it becomes a daily challenge to take care of it consistently.

As a college student, we are always on the grind and if not we are getting some extra hours of rest with no worries about our skin health. Managing classes and life takes most of that energy, but just dedicating a small fraction of time could save our skin from becoming poor.

Stress, as mentioned, is one of the main factors that causes the skin to be badly affected.
