Oven suhu (105±5)˚C Timbangan 100 Kg Spatula, wadah Microlance Instant Moisture and Temperature

Urutan Kerja Pengujian Moisture Content Menggunakan Oven 1. Ambil sampel 4kg dibagi 2 sama besar 2. Timbang sampel dimasukkan kedalam oven (G1) 3. Sampel dioven pada suhu (105±5)˚C 4. Dinginkan sampel hingga suhu stabil 5. Timbang sampel setelah dikeringkan (G2) Pengujian Moisture Content Menggunakan Alat Microlance Instant Moisture 1. Tancapkan pada material split di stock material dan bin material masing - masing 3 titik 2. Tunggu hingga nilai kadar air pada alat microlance Instant Moisture and Temperature stabil 3. Catat nilai moisture content yang terbaca di alat microlance Instant Moisture and Temperature Perhitungan Moisture content menggunakan oven dihitung dengan rumus sebagai berikut:
