Hi! We are representatives of the HR department. We invite you to familiarize yourself with the guide for newly hired employees of our company. You will learn what kind of organization we are and what is important to us. You will get to know a few principles that will make your daily functioning easier. And if you don't find answers to all your questions, you can always come back to us. In our company, the HR department is open to your questions, ideas, and we are happy to support you in your personal development.

We produce connectors for pneumatic systems in commercial vehicles (above 3.5 tonnes).

MB Pneumatics is the only manufacturer of pneumatic connectors in Poland and one of the four leading brands in Europe with over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry.

MBP PVT is our company's branch in India, located in Jammnagar, Gujarat. It is a manufacturer of pneumatic connectors for the Asian market, offering European-quality products derived from the experience of our headquarters in Poland.

Nedar is a trading company based in Poland, offering economical, custom machined parts such as turned, milled, stamped, and forged components manufactured at our production facility in India.

Our organization was founded in 1984 by engineer Andrzej Bieniaszewski, who, together with a team from the Higher Engineering School in Zielona Góra, developed and patented an innovative concept of connectors for pneumatic systems in commercial vehicles.

To this day, the company remains in the hands of the Bieniaszewski family. Since 2002, it has been continuously managed by Małgorzata Bieniaszewska, the founder's daughter.

We are a family-owned business not only because we value the atmosphere, but also because you will find other family members among the owners in our structure.

In our company, there is one large cafeteria that serves as an ideal place for meals.

Free hot beverage vending machine (various types of coffee including freshly ground)

If you feel like having a snack, a hot meal, or a cold drink, you can use the paid vending machine.

In addition to the cafeteria, in the office area, we have two smaller spaces for preparing meals and beverages. On the ground floor, there is a high-pressure coffee machine available to all employees, offering various types of coffee, hot chocolate.

Changing rooms:

Employees in the production department have access to changing rooms equipped with lockers. Administrative staff leave their outerwear in the room near the reception desk.

In our organisation, we are all responsible for quality. This includes the quality of the products we manufacture, as well as the quality in our daily work—our commitment, maintaining the workplace, and being supportive towards colleagues.

Try to always have on your desk the minimum necessary for your work. And at the end of the day, leave your desk clean and tidy. If you work in a production area, take care for order at the workplace.

is the best tool for summarizing, determining and transmitting data and information.

you will find the most important information and announcements there. It is located at the entrance to the production hall. We post the most important information and messages there.

it is an employee application of the system HR and payroll, thanks to which you can submit an application for leave, plan a business trip, and from which you can download your pay slips.

Dress code

If you work in the production area, we have a package of protective clothing and footwear prepared for you.

In the office part of our organization, we decided on a business casual style. And what does that mean? It's elegance in a comfortable version. Do you remember our REPUTATION value? We take care of her behavior, among other things, by dressing appropriately. However, if you do not know what is appropriate and what is not, ask your supervisor.

Personal development

Our company grows with our staff

That's why we support employees who plan to develop together with us. Employee training is tailor-made and selected depending on the needs of a given position and the function performed.

If you see a need for training in a given area field – just report to your supervisor. For training that goes beyond what is mandatory for your position, we sign a separate contract, prepared individually for each person by the HR Department. And after receiving positive feedback, you can start learning.

We also offer the opportunity to co-finance studies. If you want to know where to find all this information, take a look at Procedure P-005. It includes details on reporting training needs. Where will you find it? Certainly in the HR department and with your superior.

What to do when...?

I want to go on vacation

Before your holiday: fill out an application in e-worker; obtain approval from your supervisor; lack of acceptance means that it is impossible to take leave on the selected day.

The immediate superior decides on leave

Attention! We always plan our two-week vacation at the beginning of each year!

I can not come to work

It is necessary to inform your supervisor (e-mail, telephone, text message, e-employee) no later than in the morning on the day of your absence (in the case of leave on request) - otherwise we will worry about you.

I'm running out of medical tests

The validity date of medical examinations is decided by the doctor occupational medicine based on the employee's health condition, depending on the position. An HR Department employee will remind you about this one month before their expiry.

My work clothes are damaged – who should I report?

The HR specialist keeps records and is responsible for ordering clothing. When you report the need for new clothing, our specialist will take care of everything.

Dictionary of quality terms

useful audit issues

Audit

It is a process aimed at collecting evidence that the organization's processes comply with the requirements (customer, law). Audits are performed periodically by trained people both from inside and outside the organization.

Types of audits

A system that checks management processes and their compliance with the system. 1. Process; checks a given process. 2. Product; checks the entire product life cycle. 3. Other:4. including internal one-sided, at the customer or supplier of the so-called double sided, three-sided, i.e. carried out by an independent external company, as in the case of IATF.

Book of quality

is a document that is a source of information about the quality management system in the company. It is a kind of guide containing the quality policy and all important procedures.

Procedures

are specific rules of conduct in an enterprise.

is an abbreviation of corporate social responsibility.

Correct actions

it is nothing more than a reaction to a detected non-compliance with the requirements, i.e. removing the effects of the noncompliance. These activities are strictly focused on specific, detected cases, without analyzing the causes of a given noncompliance.

Corrective Action

are actions taken to eliminate the cause of the detected nonconformity. By addressing the cause of a nonconformity, it can be successfully prevented from recurring in the future.

Map and detailed process cards

describes all tasks performed by MB Pneumatics. It shows the workflow from the first contact with the customer until the order is shipped, as well as customer service. The map is divided into process cards that describe the functioning of each process. Each process has its purpose, people working in it, infrastructure, input and output data, as well as required documents (procedures). Each process is monitored by KPI

CSR

Translated as a key performance indicator. All processes are assessed using these indicators. Employees MB Pneumatics decide what they want to implement and maintain metrics. If the indicator does not achieve the assumed goal, our team makes an action plan to improve the result. In this way, the company continues to develop.

Traceability
