Artwork This project is funded with Cash and Student Capital Improvement
fee funds, therefore, it falls under the one percent art requirement for construction and remodeling projects. The budget includes a one percent allowance for art.
Phasing This project will be constructed in phases. Three phases have been identified to accommodate funding sources and to minimize the impact on the campus. Phasing will be coordinated to maintain critical access points to facilities and events. The project schedule anticipates that the first phase of construction would be initiated as soon as possible after Board approval. Please see the attached project schedule and phasing diagram for more information.
Future Expansion This Project is not anticipated to require expansion.
