As we look ahead, I’m excited by the progress we’re making and the opportunities in front of us. With strong momentum in the Fundamentals stage of our Operating Model, we are laying the groundwork for lasting success.
We are also investing in our people through programs like Cadre Operating Model Boot Camps, Leadership Development Program (LDP), SEEDS, and Monthly Managers Meetings. These programs are designed to unlock potential, foster collaboration, and prepare us for the future.
At the heart of this is one of our core values: Empowerment. Empowerment means trusting and supporting one another so that every individual can grow, contribute, and make a lasting impact.
I’m also proud to welcome our newest acquisitions into the Cadre family. Together, our nuclear companies will be stronger, more innovative, and better equipped to fulfill and expand to meet customer needs.

BRAD WILLIAMS
PRESIDENT, CADRE HOLDINGS, INC.
After 27 years of dedicated service, Maria Cirillo has retired from our Italian Radar team. Throughout her career, Maria played a key role in the production department, specializing in tailoring and sampling, where her skill, precision, and passion made a lasting impact.
To honor her incredible journey and contributions, the team gathered for a heartfelt celebration on her last day, an opportunity to express our gratitude and wish her all the best in this new chapter of life.
Grazie di cuore, Maria, for your years of commitment, craftsmanship, and team spirit. You will always be part of the Radar family.

We’d also like to recognize an incredible employee milestone, 40 years of service from Andrew Scott, Production Manager Assistant for Bendalls Engineering.
Over the past four decades, Andrew has played a vital role in many areas of our business, bringing hard work, reliability, and determination to everything he does. We’re lucky to have him on the team!

Thank you, Andrew, for your outstanding contribution and continued commitment. Here’s to you and everything you’ve helped us achieve over the last 40 years!

Congratulations to Mantas and Giedre Gasiunas on their well-deserved retirement at the end of August.
Since being acquired by SAF over 10 years ago, Mantas and Giedre have played a key role in shaping the EU/International armour business, developing carrier designs that remain relevant today, while building strong relationships with key distributors worldwide.
We wish them all the best as they look forward to spending more time with family and enjoying their passions for travel, music, photography, and red wine.

On behalf of the global CADRE team, thank you and good luck, or, as they say in Lithuanian, Ačiū ir sėkmės.

Earlier this year, Eric Gasvoda was promoted to the role of VP/GM – Global Nuclear Group. For the past 6 years, Eric successfully led the Duty Gear business unit, driving growth, fostering collaboration, and inspiring his team to achieve outstanding results.
In preparation for his new role, Eric ensured a smooth transition, participating in the selection of the new VP/GM for Duty Gear, onboarding teams in the Nuclear Group, and setting both areas up for continued success.
By the end of July, it was time for Eric to officially say goodbye to his Duty Gear team and fully embrace the opportunities ahead in the Nuclear Group. But his team wasn’t about to let him leave without expressing their appreciation.
At the Jacksonville Faye Road site, the team organized a surprise team meal to celebrate Eric’s leadership and wish him success in his new endeavors. In Tijuana, the team also gathered for a special meal, and both locations prepared tokens of appreciation that were presented during the celebrations.

These heartfelt gestures reflected the deep respect and gratitude his teams feel for the positive impact he made, not just on the business, but on the people he worked with every day.

We’re giving a big shoutout to John Marcus, Customer Service Rep at Duty Gear - Faye Road, who just added “published author” to his list of achievements!
John recently released The John Marcus Project, a powerful blend of memoir and documentary that tells his incredible story.
From surviving a life-changing car accident in high school that left him paralyzed, to becoming a voice of strength, faith, and inspiration for others.

In a “bella giornata”, beautiful day, last June, our incredible RADAR 1957 team in Italy celebrated the inauguration of their new site, a truly meaningful and joyful event, joined by local and regional authorities to mark this exciting milestone.

Previously operating from two smaller locations, the team is now united under one roof in a spacious, modern facility designed to foster collaboration, communication, and innovation. This move not only brings physical alignment but also strengthens team unity and spirit.
As the Italians say, “L’unione fa la forza”, unity is strength. We can’t wait to see the amazing things this passionate and talented team will accomplish as they continue our shared mission: Protecting and saving lives around the world.

The program brought together site and functional leaders new to the framework as well as experienced managers seeking a refresher. It provided practical tools and strategies to strengthen operational effectiveness across the business, while also creating time to pause from the day-to-day and focus on the bigger picture.

In May, participants of the Leadership Development Program (LDP) from around the world came together in Canada for a dynamic, fourday immersive learning experience.
The week was packed with purposeful activities, from visits to several Canadian sites and tackling real-world business challenges, to engaging in friendly competitions that put leadership skills to the test in a collaborative setting.
Beyond the classroom, participants had the opportunity to explore the city, connect personally with peers from different regions, and build lasting relationships that extend well beyond the program. At Cadre Holdings, we believe in growing our people through meaningful development opportunities, knowledge sharing, and a culture that empowers individuals to lead, learn, and thrive together.

In May, ICOR Technology (Canada) organized a chess tournament open to all employees interested in the game. The event aimed to foster connection, teamwork, and a bit of friendly competition.

The competition lasted three weeks, and here are the final results:

In April, inspired by the joyful spirit of Children’s Day, the Wellness Committee launched a creative initiative to bring a bit of play into the workplace. Board games were made available in break areas and the cafeteria, offering associates a fun and relaxing way to unwind, connect, and recharge during their workday. With simple usage guidelines in place, the response has been overwhelmingly positive, and the games will remain available through the end of the year.
To mark the occasion more festively, a Mario Kart contest was held exclusively for Children’s Day, sparking friendly competition and lots of laughs.
In addition, the employee committees hosted a painting contest for employees’ children, inviting them to express the theme of “family and values.” The result? A heartwarming display of creativity that reminded us all of the importance of what we do, at work and at home.

This July, Med-Eng and ICOR came together as Global EOD to celebrate Canada Day with The Great Canadian EOD BBQ.

It was the perfect opportunity for everyone to step outside, relax, and connect with coworkers. With beautiful weather and delicious food, team members from across different departments enjoyed meeting, chatting, and spending time together.
The event also featured a hands-on experience with some of our gear, employees tried on Med-Eng bomb suits and even took turns driving ICOR robots!
To top it all off, we held a Best Canadian Outfit Contest, and two proud winners showed off their Canadian style: Sarah Banfield (ICOR Administrative Assistant) and Chris Warden (Med-Eng Configuration Management Specialist).

On July 24, the Less Lethal team in Casper, Wyoming brought the spirit of summer to life with a fun-filled, Summer Camp–themed employee event!
The day featured classic outdoor games like cornhole, frisbee, and dodgeball, along with a crafts table for those looking to unwind. Water guns brought out the playful side in everyone, adding plenty of laughter to the mix. Lunch was provided by HQ Barbeque, and the day ended on a sweet note with snow cones for dessert.

To help employees connect across departments, the Bandana Buddy activity encouraged team members to wear color-coded bandanas, find their match, and get to know each other. Some fun discoveries came out of it, we learned that among us are artists, hunters, motorcyclists, football fans, crafters, knife makers, musicians, parents, and grandparents!
Events like these are a great reminder of the vibrant and diverse community we’re part of, and how much fun we can have when we come together.

On April 24, At Tijuana, Mexico, the Social Responsibility Committee hosted a special activity to honor World Earth Day. Associates were invited to join a fun trivia game on Kahoot! during their breaks, with the chance to take home a small plant as a reminder of the importance of protecting and caring for our environment.
Each seedling came with a QR code linking to useful digital resources about its care and benefits. Among the varieties shared were peppermint, wormwood, rosemary, lavender, aloe, succulents, and more, perfect companions to bring a little green into our daily lives.

Meanwhile, in ArmorJacksonville, Florida, the Employee Engagement Committee organized a creative beach stone painting contest. Employees showcased their artistic talents, surprising the judges with unique and colorful designs. The winners took home beautiful plants as prizes, blending art and nature in a perfect Earth Day celebration.

Photos, April 2025
What started as a small Earth Day project last year has blossomed into something much bigger at CTI-Cyalume. Thanks to two new raised beds built by Boy Scout Troop 82 of Agawam, associates rolled up their sleeves this spring to create both a flower bed and a vegetable bed.
The flower bed is now alive with marigolds, snapdragons, salvia, and petunias, while the vegetable bed is thriving with red and yellow cherry tomatoes, bell peppers, jalapeños, and a variety of herbs. Under the care of SJ Danneker and our associates, the garden has flourished and many team members are enjoying the fresh harvest.
Adding to the spirit of sharing, one associate even contributed vegetables from her personal garden, making the bounty even richer. Truly a blessing and a wonderful reminder of what we can grow together!

Here is how they are growing now

Across our global locations, our teams continue to make a positive impact in their communities through generosity, creativity, and teamwork.
UK Armour – Employees raised £120 for The British Heart Foundation. They donated groceries, wine, and other items to create gift baskets, then sold raffle tickets for a chance to win them, all in support of heart health.

Tijuana, Mexico – In April, the Inclusion and Diversity Committee hosted two Autism Awareness events: In collaboration with the Pasitos foundation, the Safariland entrance was illuminated in multiple colors to represent and support diversity in the community.
Four psychologists specializing in autism delivered presentations on diversity, with around 100 associates from different shifts participating.

Arnprior, Canada (PSP) – In July, the Community Builders Committee answered a call from the Arnprior & District Food Bank for condiments. Staff donations, matched by the company, resulted in 76 items, along with cash and a grocery gift card.

Continuing a tradition since the 1990s, PSP awarded bursaries to students chosen by ADHS.
Congratulations to the 2025 recipients, Charlie Van Sickle and Daniel Wertwyn, we wish you both success in your future endeavors!

PSP also supported Prior Palooza, a local music festival at the park, fostering community spirit and connection.

Throughout this year, the Tijuana management team has been dedicating time to strengthen relationships and get to know one another beyond their professional roles. As part of the weekly Site Management meeting, one manager is invited to share personal stories, hobbies, or milestones with the group.
This activity has revealed a variety of interests, from music lovers to proud pet owners, from those who enjoy a good backyard grill to others who prefer exploring restaurants or traveling. Team members have also shared cherished family moments and personal milestones, helping everyone discover common interests and fostering a deeper sense of connection.
To complement this ongoing initiative, on May 28, the Tijuana management team gathered for a special team-building activity: a bowling tournament organized by Frida González. The event brought together all plant managers for an afternoon filled with laughter, food, and friendly competition.
These initiatives are more than just fun, they are helping the team build trust, strengthen collaboration, and continue growing together both as professionals and as people.

At Defense Technology, we know the value of honoring traditions and the people who make them meaningful. This season, we brought our teams together to celebrate Memorial Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day with delicious food, great music, and plenty of good cheer.
The team enjoyed a festive spread from El Burro Loco, honoring those who have served our country and celebrating the amazing moms and dads in our community.
Meanwhile, in Tijuana, Mexico, the celebration took a lively twist. Although Mother’s Day and Father’s Day fall about a month apart, the team decided to host one big combined event for both, complete with a Norteño band, live music, tacos, games, raffles, and dancing.
Still, they didn’t let the official dates go unnoticed. A group of talented employees volunteered to create a special musical tribute on each day. Their group, playfully named “Los CADREtes de Safariland” , featured Roberto Ortega (HR), Ia Sanchez (Finance), Luis Garcia (Warehouse), Yoan Salaz (Production Superintendent), Christian Hernandez (IT), Cesar Cuadra (Production Supervisor), and Sergio Lopez (QA). Their live performances brought smiles, applause, and an extra layer of warmth to the celebrations.
It was a true reflection of our culture, where appreciation, camaraderie, and a little creativity go a long way in making our workplace feel like family.

Our Armor team in Jacksonville, Florida, has been busy making a difference both in our community and within our workplace.
For Memorial Day, Team Safariland Armor OPS proudly volunteered to place flags at the National Cemetery in Jacksonville. On May 22, Brandon, Kriste, and Hunter Carlson took part in the flag placement, and on May 27, the JAX IT team, represented by Tammy Lehrer and Kriste Carlson, assisted with the flag removal. Their efforts honored the memory of those who served our country, and we hope to continue this meaningful tradition every year.
The Engagement Committee also found creative ways to celebrate and appreciate our team members at home:
For Mother’s Day, all the amazing moms in the facility received thoughtful treat bags filled with chocolates, nail files, stickers, face masks, and eye masks. a little self-care to say “thank you.”
For Father’s Day, our wonderful dads were celebrated with treat bags including sweet snacks, a handy pocket screwdriver set, and stickers to mark the occasion.
For the 4th of July, they held a quarterly luncheon featuring a delicious BBQ meal with sides, followed by a fun contest for the “Most Patriotically Dressed.” Associates showcased their creativity in a lively mini fashion show, judged on crowd interaction, dance moves, attire, and originality. The day wrapped up with ice cream for dessert. Congratulations to Richard Grunz, who took first place with his red, white, and blue cowboy hat and pinwheel combo, complete with unforgettable dance moves!
