DAY 2 Booth Western Art Museum: Arrive in Georgia and

stop at the Booth Western Art Museum, featuring Civil War art, western movie posters and the remarkable Presidential Gallery. (Breakfast)

DAY 3 Gone With the Wind: The journey continues in the

legendary land of Gone With the Wind. Look back at an era made famous by Margaret Mitchell’s novel at the Road to Tara Museum with its original props, reproduction costumes and photo gallery from the writing of the book and making of the movie. Arriving in Savannah, take a narrated trolley to see this elegant and refined city. The Historic District of Savannah will captivate you with her natural beauty, eccentric charm and traditional Southern hospitality. Tonight, dinner is at Paula Deen’s Creek House. Nestled under the palms of Turner’s Creek, the Creek House offers a variety of southern classics and seafood favorites with a coastal, Savannah flair. (Breakfast and dinner)

DAY 4 Jekyll Island and Historic Savannah: Once an

exclusive winter retreat for America’s wealthiest families, Jekyll Island welcomes you. Enjoy a tram tour of the Historic District that reveals the fascinating story of the island. Your visit is topped off with a Southern lunch at the exclusive Jekyll Island Club Hotel. There will be free time to stroll the grounds of Jekyll Island’s Historic District. Later, the streets of Savannah are waiting to be discovered at your own leisurely pace. Your Tour Manager will suggestion things to do in this city of Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil and Forrest Gump fame. Tonight, the evening is also free for you to uncover some of Savannah’s secrets on your own. (Breakfast and lunch)

DAY 5 Tybee Island and Historic Savannah Theatre: This

morning it’s off to Tybee Island to visit the lighthouse that has been the guardian of the Savannah River since 1736. Visit the museum that features exhibits of early life on the island, and if you are feeling adventurous, take the exhilarating walk up the 154-foot-tall lighthouse. Tonight, be treated to a Broadway-style production at the Historic Savannah Theatre, the nation’s oldest, continually operating theatre. Enjoy the live production featuring music, dance and comedy. (Breakfast)
