ACRYLIC PAINTINGS
— One of my favorite ways of exploring 2D art is through acrylic paints, over time I have only recently began to get a sense of my personal painting style
FINAL GCSE ART PIECE: 30 x 30 CANVAS
I completed this in year ten (2020) and at the time I was incredibly inspired from how paintings looked in the Romantic and Pre Raphaelite eras that encouraged me to paint in a similar style. I was exploring different ways to blend acrylics and trying out different styles before developing my own.
RECENT REFERENCE PAINTING:
I wanted to attempt in painting something regarded as simple to explore ways I can make it look more unique. After this piece I found that I quite like layering paints on top of each other, creating a sensory painting that involves the use of touching the different textures.
(A4 PAGE)
Here is a observational study of wine glasses where I also layered acrylic paints to help achieve a textured outcome.
MIXED ART FORMS
(A4 PAGES)
This first piece was done by me in 2011 in which I incorporated the use of water color, oil pastels and collaging. Recently I decided to recreate this piece and explore the ways I have changed in art. I followed my intuition of using different forms into creating this new piece, for example, by using acrylic to paint the flowers and cross hatching the background, giving a heavier emphasis on textures.
This drawn piece is a recreation of colonial architecture in Hong Kong, located in Central. Presently speaking, the architecture above has all been demolished.
2011 2023
This is a Spanish Cathedral which I drew from my visit to Barcelona in which I used different adobe softwares to create digital works, incorporating some of my travel photography within my sketch.

ART FORMS
ARCHITECTURAL/OBSERVATIONAL DRAWINGS
2024- Drawings of casa Batllo, based on primary image from my visit.
— Here are a few recent architectural/observational drawings that have allowed me to develop shading techniques, fine lining details and working with different coloured pens.
2024- Drawing from observation of the apparatus from my sport Rhythmic Gymnastics.
2023- Drawing of Shanghai Sports Centre including different angles and perspectives.
2023- Drawing of the London Aquatics Centre in Stratford, including
QUICK OBSERVATIONAL DRAWINGS
— During my travels, I attempted to draw from my real surroundings to help me get a better understanding of how spaces work. Some pieces are underdeveloped while others have been developed further.
GREECE (JULY 2023)
SPAIN 2022/2023
QUICK OBSERVATIONAL DRAWINGS
THAILAND (AUGUST 2023)
CERAMICS
— I have always had an appreciation towards the mastery of ceramics, the techniques and creativity involved into transforming a piece of clay into a usable object.
2012
I made this in my trip to Wenzhou, China where I was taught how to make such ceramics with the pottery wheel.
2022
This piece was created on a smaller scale which challenged me in a different way as I had to find ways to move the delicate clay.
2019
Here I created simple drawings inspired by cave wall pictographs.
CLAY WORKS
2023
Here are some clay pieces that I’ve been sculpting which are still in the process of being further developed.
2021
This was an attempt at painting over an existing store bought ceramic vase to be able to create a textured piece.
ARCHITECTURE IDEA DEVELOPMENTS
— Here are some presented slides from my architecture coursework of how I go from 3D made models to elevation drawings and developed drawings towards a final solution.
ARCHITECTURE IDEA DEVELOPMENTS
FINAL ARCHITECTURE MODEL
— Here are some selected pages of a final model I created for my project where I had to design an aquarium located in Canary Wharf.
ARCHITECTURE WHARF PROJECT
— This was a project at the end of year 12 in which we were assigned to redevelop the area of Trinity Buoy Wharf and transform the derelict space into a centre for arts and community. I enjoyed this project because it enabled me to learn about how the history of a site effects what an architect should or should not design.

PHOTOGRAPHIC WORKS
Photoshoot on Arranged Marriages: 2023
My reasoning behind this photoshoot was to represent the strings attached in an arranged marriage. I was inspired by my english lessons where we discussed Victorian Expectations on women and how marriage was often viewed as a transaction. I wanted to convey that sense of melancholy and despair in my photographs, showing how the bride would not have a say on anything.
ARCHITECTURAL PHOTOGRAPHS
Here are a few selected architectural photographs I have taken which I have explored by editing in different aesthetics. Photographs featuring: A building in my sixth form, The National Gallery, The Glass Palace in Madrid and local Kefalonian architecture. 2022-2023
