Can I work with Maxwell Virtual Solutions on an ad-hoc basis, or do I need to commit to monthly retained hours?
You can work with us in any way that suits you and your business. We are flexible and there to fit in when you need us.
We offer ad-hoc hours for our clients that need work completed on an as and when basis. The lead time for this work is dependant on resource in the Team when the request is received. Our best option is a retainer model, you have dedicated hours every week for your work to be completed. Working on a retainer basis also comes with a discounted hourly rate.
If you find you need more hours some months over and above your retained hours, you can buy top-up hours at the same hourly rate as your retainer hours.
What is the minimum retained hour package I can commit to?
The minimum retainer package we offer is 5 hours per week.
Do I get a discount when committing to a larger number of hours on retainer each month?
This is negotiable, it is dependant on the commitment in the contract.
Can I roll over any unused hours into the following month?
Yes – This is perfectly fine! If they are not used in the following month, they will be forfeited.
Do I work with one member of your team or different VA’s each time?
You will have a dedicated VA you will be introduced to and she will have the capability to do all the work you request. This way you will be able to build up a relationship and trust the VA you are working with and she will learn how to support you best in your business.
Can I use my retained hours between different services you offer?
Yes of course! You are able to use retained hours on any service offering we provide. If you need more hours over your retained hours in any month you can just pay for top-up hours.
