The “We Care” Program was established in 1999 as a oneyear charitable program in honor of Maxfield Real Estate’s 45th year in business. This program was created as a way of giving back to the communities which the company has served successfully for so many years. The funds raised by the “We Care” Program became such a significant force for good that it has remained a vital part of the company ever since.

Since 1999 the We Care Program has raised over $1,455,790 for more than 275 local charities.

To help enrich and improve the quality of life for area residents and their families by donating a percentage of each commission dollar to non-profit organizations which are located in the company’s service area or benefit these communities in some way. Maxfield Real Estate, now in its 69th year, has four Lakes Region offices: Alton, Center Harbor, Wolfeboro and Meredith.

To continue Maxfield Real Estate’s vision of expressing gratitude to people who use the company for their real estate needs which support the non-profit organizations that are so beautiful to local citizens and their families.

To annually endeavor to support the promotion and success of this program with contributions from management, sales agents, clients and customers.

Maxfield Real Estate was established in 1954 by Henry S. Maxfield Sr. and quickly earned the reputation as the authority for real estate in the lakes region. His son Henry "Chip" Maxfield Jr. took over the business in 1983 and continued to grow the company to four offices and over 45 agents located in Alton, Center Harbor, Wolfeboro and Meredith.

Today, a new father and son team are at the helm of Maxfield Real Estate. After working for over two decades in real estate in the Lakes Region, Randy Parker has teamed up with his son Jon and they are proud to continue the successful history of bringing people and homes together.
