About Us
Air 107.2 is a not-for-profit community interest company, run by volunteers who live locally and are passionate about serving the local area.
Since 2013, our local station has been reliant on volunteers and funds raised through sponsorship to maintain this vital service in Weymouth and Portland. Growing from a student radio station, Air FM is now one of the only local radio stations in the area.
In recent times, Air 107.2 has received significant local backing, securing the future of the station for years to come.
This strong support has been key in ensuring we can continue to provide a radio service to Weymouth and Portland.
Air 107.2 broadcasts to Weymouth and Portland on FM, on digital devices such as smart speakers, and online via our website. From popular music throughout the day to specialist shows in the evenings and weekends, AIR 107.2 serves a family audience with music from the 1980s to current chart hits.
