Philosophie

1994. Drei Mountainbiker baden im Gefühl des perfekten Flow, in perfekter Natur. Eine Droge, die süchtig macht und so schön klingt: Pra delle Noci – 222. Die Nummer des Trails am Gardasee wird zum Inbegriff für triple2. Früher sind wir auf dem 222 mit abgeschnittenen Jeans und T-Shirts Rad gefahren. Aus einem einfachen Grund: Der unschlagbare Casual Look. Gefehlt hat uns dabei aber die Funktion guter Bike- und Outdoor-Bekleidung. Zeit die Dinge selbst in die Hand zu nehmen: triple 2 stellt Fahrrad- und Outdoorbekleidung her, die sowohl in der Natur als auch in der Stadt funktioniert und gleichzeitig so nachhaltig, ökologisch und sozial gerecht in Europa hergestellt wird wie irgend möglich.

1994. Three hungry mountain biker were looking for the perfect trail at Lake Garda. A drug that makes addictive and sounds so beautiful: Pra delle Noci – 222. The number of this trail became the embodiment of triple 2. At the beginning we biked with our cut-off jeans and t- shirts. Out of one reason: We preferred the comfortable casual look.

No bike wear existed at that time that combined super functionality with a casual look. It was time for a change. triple 2 makes bike and outdoor sportswear that functions in the nature, as well as in the city. Our clothes are ecological, sustainable and are produced under fair conditions.

Eric ist Gründer von Biketours Oberstdorf und seit vielen Jahren mit dem Fokus auf Alpinem Freeriden auf dem Mountainbike unterwegs. Er liebt es den Sport mit Naturerlebnissen zu verbinden. Vor allem reizen ihn die einzigartigen Ausblicke in der Bergwelt und diese mit Menschen zu teilen. Lieblingsprodukte: SWET Shirt, BARGUP Short Eric is founder of Biktetours Oberstdorf and has been mountain-biking for many years, concentrating on alpine freeride. He loves to combine sports with nature – and enjoys sharing every unique view in the mountains with others.

Eric/ Biketours

Von der DIMB ausgebildet und vom Bund Deutscher Radfahrer zertifizierter Mountainbike-Trailscout. Im Allgäu aufgewachsen und auch sonst ein echter Bergmensch. Bei technischen, aber auch flowigen Trails weit oberhalb der Waldgrenzen geht sein Herz auf. Für ihn gehört das Bike zu jeder Reise ins Gepäck. Vom Virus Fahrrad wurde Flo vor über zwanzig Jahren infiziert. Die meiste Zeit davon hat er auf dem BMX-Rad verbracht und als 1994 die erste große MTBWelle über ihn hereinbrach war klar, welches Rad in seinem Fuhrpark fehlt.

Er lebt und atmet Radfahren. That´s it. Lieblingsprodukte: DUUN Jacket, BARG Short Flo was infected many years ago by the bike-virus. Most of his time he spent on a BMX until the great MTB Wave reached him in 1994 and it became clear which type of bike was missing in his life. Flo really lives for his bike, RideOn!
