Vinca Tattoo This year, PanAmerican Seed introduced a unique new vinca series: Vinca Tattoo! This is the most distinctive vinca series to enter the market in many years. The series is comprised of four unique colours with a uniform, upright habit. Tattoo plants are very floriferous and wellbranched, and they are outstanding in hot and sunny conditions.
