By working either together or on your behalf with architects, planning consultants, builders and developers we can explore possibilities such as using part of a large garden to build a new home. We can oversee the whole process through to placing it on the market once it’s ready for sale, and with an “Option Agreement” you don’t necessarily even have to pay for planning permission or architect fees.
