Stuffed Apples with Smoked Fish (Bulgaria)

3 apples 250 g fish – smoked a small can of tuna 2 eggs 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise 3 sprigs of mint 3 sprigs of dill

Bone the fish, remove the skin and chop it finely. Wash the apples, cut a cap, hollow out and remove the seeds. Grate and add the apple to the chopped fish. Chop the boiled eggs finely and add to the other products. Add chopped dill and mint to the mayonnaise. Mix everything to a thick mixture. Fill the apples with the mixture. Arrange them in a baking dish and put lids on the apples again. Roast in a moderate heat for about 30 minutes.
