euro di aumento al livello C nel triennio sono oltretutto inferiori a quanto riconosciuto al medesimo livello nel precedente rinnovo del 2016, allorchè l’aumento era stato di 103 euro sempre al livello C, a riprova del fatto che le richieste della piattaforma sindacale sono state opportunamente ridimensionate attraverso una trattativa lunga e a tratti dura, ma che alla fine ha tutelato la sostenibilità del costo del lavoro per le imprese. Altro aspetto importante per noi” – ha aggiunto Marabelli - “è la sostanziale messa in liquidazione del CPNL, il Comitato Paritetico nazionale, da sempre vissuto dalle aziende come un inutile appesantimento, anche economico. Siamo infine soddisfatti dell’approccio innovativo al tema della sicurezza che, grazie ai 4,25 euro mensili a lavoratore da destinarsi in un apposito capitolo di spesa del Fondo Altea, consentirà di realizzare degli screening diagnostici gratuiti dei lavoratori finalizzati a prevenire l’insorgere di patologie professionali e non solo”.
