La codifica di LupatoID: come funziona LupatoID codification: how it works La codifica LupatoID è basata su tre parametri facilmente comprensibili: la tipologia di segno, il layout e la densità. Ogni lavorazione si traduce in un codice alfanumerico. (ad es. ID.PRA3) che racchiude le indicazioni dei tre valori. La tipologia di segno determina la prima lettera della codifica ed è associata per comprensibilità ai segni ortografici tradizionali: punti, virgole e linee, rispettivamente trasposti con Point, Comma e Line. La disposizione dei segni determina invece il layout, che a seconda della finitura può assumere diversi valori: RAndom, REticular, Aligned Costant e così via. Infine, il valore della densità traduce la quantità media di segni presente su una superficie di un centimetro quadrato. Questo sistema di misurazione è poi diventato la mazzetta LupatoID, uno strumento di lavoro pratico e tascabile, fondamentale per aiutare concretamente i professionisti del settore. Nella mazzetta sono presenti oltre 30 esempi di lavorazioni codificate, che rappresentano le più comuni tipologie di finiture grezze. Grazie a questo strumento sarà possibile commissionare con facilità le lavorazioni grezze, e soprattutto utilizzare la mazzetta in maniera comparativa. LupatoID codification is based on three easily comprehensible parameters: type of sign, layout and density. Every type of finish is translated in an alphanumeric code (such as ID.PRA3) that contains the indications of the three values. The type of sign determines the first letter of the codification and for understandability is associated with traditional orthographic signs: Points, Commas and Lines. The position of the signs determines the layout, which depending on the finish can have different values: RAndom, REticular, Aligned Constant and so forth. At the end, the density value is the average number of sigs on a surface of a square centimeter. This measuring system then became the LupatoID swatch book, a practical pocket-sized work instrument, essential to concretely help professionals in the field. The swatch book contains more than 30 examples of codified finishes that represent the most common rough finishes. This work instrument makes it possible to easily commission the rough finishes, and above all to use the swatch book in a comparative way. In fact, starting from the examples given, users can deduce the code of the finish they wish to reproduce, or determine the final code of the finish they wish to obtain by varying for example the density indicator, in order to get a “finer” or “coarser” result.
