2018 Northern BC Commercial Building Awards
This project took a neglected building with an industrial feel and rejuvenated the façade to give it a charming west coast look, as well as making the building more energy efficient. The developer took advantage of available grant money to accomplish this on a small business owner’s budget (thanks to City of Prince Rupert and NDIT). They shared that grant money within the community by working with local businesses (All West Glass for the windows, Laxmoon Builders Supply for the cedar).
