Ingredients:

1 box white cake mix, baked
2 T Bubbles Project Cava Brut Rosé
*(Substitute Poppi Strawberry Lemonade Soda for non-alcoholic option)
1 T strawberry jam
3 ½ c pink ganache candy melts Sprinkles (any color)
Steps:
• Bake cake according to box directions and let cool completely.
• Remove cake from pan in chunks and place in mixing bowl.
• Mix together cake chunks and champagne using stand or hand mixer.
• Add strawberry jam and mix by hand to achieve flavor swirl.
• Roll mixture into balls (about 1 Tbsp. size each) and place on parchment-lined tray. Freeze 10-30 min.

• Pull cake balls from the freezer and roll a second time until round and smooth. Freeze 30 min.
Dipping:
• Melt pink ganache, either in microwave (in 20sec. intervals) or on stove-top in a double boiler.
• Dip tip of stick into melted ganache and poke into cake ball about half way through. Repeat process until all cake balls are securely on sticks.
• Holding by the stick, place cake ball into melted ganache and swirl until completely covered. Gently tap stick on edge of cup to remove excess ganache, and twirl cake pop to wrap remaining drips around ball. Add sprinkles.
• Place cake pop upright in Styrofoam block or box to dry. Let ganache set completely and repeat process with remaining pops.
