Tickets can be ordered so the most relevant arecshown in priority, from oldest first to newest last. The standard priority list is:

1. Void

2. Complete

3. Recalled Bills/Items

4. Priority (Rush) items

The ticket times can be colour coded, including a ‘warning’ and a ‘late’ colour, with all timings and colours completely customisable.

Reliable

Real-time information is instantly relayed to your kitchen from your front-of-house team, meaning users benefit from seamless data transfer integrated from your Tevalis EPOS.

Productive

Items can be bumped off individually by clicking the item, or the whole ticket can be bumped by clicking the ticket header area.

Fundamental KMS Functions -

Intuitive technology tailored to your kitchen.

Remove the guesswork from your order process. Communication is streamlined: orders are sent to a specific screen and when each staff member finishes their part of an order they can instantly pass it on to the next station. With uncluttered screens, there is no confusion as to what part of the process an order should be in, so even during peak times your kitchen flow is seamless.

Single Item

Each ticket (row) is a single item. Items can be bumped off as they are placed and completed, rather than specifically against a bill.

Ticket Screen with Item Count

This screen operates in the same way as the Ticket Screen, but it shows a summary list of items to cook in descending order.

Ticket List

Similar to ticket view but with the header information to the left and the items listed on the right. Options and messages are shown in the right hand column.

Ticket Screen

Tickets are split over lines to increase the number of on-screen tickets with a scroll bar.
