Activity in The Village and Phase IV Even during cold weather months, crews continued to work on the common areas inside The Village at Brookberry Farm. The bocce courts have been completed, and landscaping is being installed in The Village Green area. During mid-March, landscaping crews planted trees and bushes in The Village, followed by installation of irrigation systems.
In addition to a flurry of home building activity, construction work on the bridge on Windalier Lane is nearing completion. If you haven’t been to that area of Brookberry Farm recently, you might want to check out the progress! Watch for news in The Farm Truck about the bridge opening in the near future.
“Now that weather is getting warmer, things are quickly taking shape in The Village,” Brookberry Farm developer Matt McChesney said. “There are three homes completed in The Village, and an additional eight homes – four custom builds and four spec houses – are under construction.”

“The great weather that we’ve enjoyed recently brought out more people looking at lots in The Village and Phase IV,” he added. “There are still some prime lot locations available in Phase IV, but they will go quickly this spring or summer. In fact, a couple of my favorite Phase IV lots are still available.”
