The Italian Pavilion at the 2015 Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco will showcase, as always, the very best of Italian gastronomy and wine.
The authentic Italian products, all distinguished by their unique Made in Italy designation, include such traditional favorites as extra virgin olive oil, prosciutto, pasta, balsamic vinegar, cheese, coffee and wine, plus delicious and innovative chocolates and pastries, truffle honey, kamut and spelt pasta, sauces and much more.
The visitors at the Italian Pavilion will have the opportunity to watch cooking demonstrations and sample new products before their debut on the U.S. market.
