April 6: Film Preliminary Tributes Video 1 = Bridget Carey-Ruffan, explaining campaign and Manpower’s sponsorship, records her own Mother’s Day tribute Video 2 = WaterStone Bank Video 3 = J.Pat, explains Lake FM’s support of event, records Mom tribute, adds oomph Video 4 = Clear Verve Marketing Video 5 = Eric Paulsen, Lake FM and event emcee

April 18: Personally Ask Supporters to Join Board Members Special Twitter followers Meta House Staff Special volunteer/donors Basically, anyone we can approach personally will be asked to: 1. Like us on Facebook 2. Suggest your FB friends “Like” us 3. Record and post your own tribute to our YouTube channel May 2 – May 8

May 2: Campaign Launch e-blast Also posted on Meta House Facebook page and website 1. “Like” us on Facebook 2. Honor your mom with a tribute a. Write one on our Facebook page b. Record and Upload your own tribute video to YouTube using a choice of prompts i. I am grateful for my mom because… ii. I celebrate my mother because… iii. My favorite memory of my mom is… 3. Tell the world how great your mom is! Share your tribute as a video comment on Meta House’s YouTube channel a. Go to our video on YouTube and click in Comment box, then “Create a Video Response.” 4. Choose your tribute video to add as a comment 5. Share your tribute video on Meta House’s Facebook wall.

May 2 – May 8 Campaign YouTube: Release one tribute video per day (May 2 – May 6) 1. May 2nd – Bridget explaining Manpower’s sponsorship (why they support this campaign) and leaving her own tribute 2. May 3rd – Kelli and Sue explaining WaterStone’s sponsorship 3. May 4th – J.Pat explaining Lake FM’s support of event and leaving his own tribute 4. May 5th – Christina explaining Clear Verve’s support 5. May 6th – Eric leaving his own tribute as emcee and drive excitement for event Monitor for new tributes and respond as needed. Twitter: 1. Promote video tributes each day as new ones are released and new comments come in 2. Explain $1 per YouTube view and link to all of our videos throughout campaign 3. Link to online donation in case supporters cannot attend event 4. Encourage “Likes” on Facebook 5. Educate followers through information specific to mothers and children 6. May 5: LakeFM e-news A Day for Meta House YouTube campaign promoted in Lake FM’s weekly e-newsletter Help Meta House celebrate mothers and raise money through social media! For every YouTube view, Meta House will receive $1 from Manpower. “Like” their Facebook Page and leave your own video, text, or photo tribute honoring your mother. Learn more HERE.

May 6: Day of Event 1. Event Program a. Emcee will announce social media campaign and encourage attendees to film their own tributes on-site b. Last page of program includes explanation of social media campaign, and steps attendees can take to participate 2. Signage: large sign thanking sponsors of social media campaign 3. A Day for Meta House Video Stations a. Volunteer videographers will be present at each event session b. Will record short tributes from attendees c. Will edit tributes on-site and over weekend, upload to Meta House’s YouTube channel, and we will launch on our social media profiles 4. Social Media Takeaway: Attendees encouraged to share takeaway with a friend, which explains social media campaign and why they should participate

May 8, Sunday a. Twitter – Happy Mother’s Day, thank you for doing it so far, last day to get $1 per view, we’re at X views, we need this many more, share with your friends b. Facebook – Happy Mother’s Day, thank you so far, last day, we’re at X fans, we need this many more, share with your friends c. Launch A Day for Meta House video for Mother’s Day
