EITC/OSTC The Commonwealth‘s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) and Opportunity Scholarship Tax Credit (OSTC) programs at Malvern Prep continue to provide financial aid to students who otherwise would not be able to afford a Malvern Prep education. This past year, the program reached new heights raising $978,361. Through corporate and individual support, tuition assistance has been awarded to numerous Malvern Prep students to date; however, the need is far greater.
