PRICING AND BILLING
All prices are inclusive of VAT. VAT applicable on the date of the event shall be charged accordingly. Outside catering fee is not included and quoted based on venue and size of event. The prices indicated are applicable to the stipulated minimum number of guests. Further fees may apply for events with a lower number of guests.Extra charges may apply for venues that pose logistical challenges to carry out the function.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENT
A first deposit of 15% is requested upon signing of the contract. A further 30% is requested 6 months prior to the event and another 40% is requested in one month prior event date. The full payment needs to be settled 1 week before the event. All payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
OVERTIME
Time of service starts as soon as the food and beverage starts being served. (4hrs in total). Overtime charge is at €200 per hour per 100 people.
EXTENSION OF TIME ON THE DAY
Subject to acceptance from service manager. Overtime charge of 50% more than the standard overtime charges apply.
MINIMUM AND MAXIMUM GUARANTEED
The client is to forward the final number of guests by latest 1 week prior to the event. The final number may be in between the range on the minimum and maximum guaranteed numbers forwarded upon the signing of the contract. This number cannot be increased more than 10% or decreased by a maximum of 10% (based on the contract number) 1 week prior to the event.
