HELIOS
Designed with a durable PVC mesh fabric infill, the Helios provides shade while allowing airflow and natural light - ideal for areas where shade protection is the main requirement. The strong, long-lasting PVC mesh ensures reliable performance in outdoor environments and is available in a range of colours to enhance the architectural aesthetic.
Available in diameters from 4m to 7m as standard, multiple Helios structures can be combined to create larger shaded areas. The perimeter supports can also be offset, maximising open space beneath the canopy for playground surfaces or equipment.

MEMBRANE
» The tensile membrane canopy is fabricated from long-life, 100% UV stablised architectural-grade PVC Mesh (polyester open-weave fabric with a PVDF finish to both sides).
» PVC Mesh comes in a wide-range of colours (see below), or choose to upgrade to a printed pattern on the underside for a bespoke shade structure.
STEEL FRAME
» All structural steelwork is designed and fabricated to AS4100 & AS1554 including architecturally exposed connections.
» Structural steelwork is protected with a MakMax Multi-Layer Paint System.
» Choose from a range of steel colours.
HARDWARE
» Fabric connections to the steelwork use powdercoated steel membrane plates and stainless steel tek screws.
» All other hardware inclusive of nuts, bolts, and washers are galvanised.
