Charlton’s Ghandour joins the Stones on-loan Striker Hady Ghandour has joined the Stones on-loan from Charlton Athletic. It’s been a whirlwind 15 months for the 21-year-old who joined the League One side from Tooting & Mitcham last summer. A regular in the Addicks’ under23s last season, he made his first team debut in a League Trophy fixture in November 2020 and his international debut for Lebanon last month. Stones boss Hakan Hayrettin said: “I’ve known about Hady since his days at Tooting and at that time it was only a matter of when, not if, he’d get picked up by a league club. “He’s had a good year at Charlton but is at that stage where he needs to test himself in the men’s game. We’re delighted to give him that opportunity and he’s keen to make the most of it for him and for us.”

90s Britpop Night Britpop Days presents The 90s Britpop and Indie Anthems Club Night at the Spitfire Lounge tonight. The evening features highly-rated cover band – ‘The Britpop Collective’ and 90s Britpop and Indie Anthems with Resident DJ – Dan Broad. Tickets, which are priced at £10 for adults and £5 for under-16s, are available on the door from 19:30.
Stones under-23s If you’re not heading to Hungerford next Saturday, come down to the Gallagher for some Suburban League action. Stones U23s take on Chippenham U23s. Kick off is at 15:00, with gates opening at 13:30. Admission is £4 for adults, £2 for concessions and free for under 16s. Stones season ticket holders get 50% off the adult and concession prices. The Stones went through the next round of the league cup last Saturday, beating Woking under-23s 6-1 – goals from Peter Ravai (2), Reece Grant, Jordan Tingley, JJ Openibo and Max Sutton.
Ebbsfleet United match rearranged Maidstone United’s away match against Ebbsfleet United will be played on Tuesday 23 November.
The fixture was scheduled for last Saturday (16 October) but was postponed due to The Fleet’s FA Cup tie against Hampton & Richmond Borough.
