MagicNets devices are a novelty and revolution in Polish playgrounds. Magic meshes, which are the main component of our structures, allow for comprehensive child development and play that can be limited only by the children’s imagination. By climbing, children exercise their bodies (cunning, agility) and minds (creative thinking).

The offer consists mainly of rope devices, in which the company specializes. The most popular products include pyramids in heights from 2.4 m to as much as 8 m, which have been known in Poland for several years, and rope sets made from a wide range of modules, resembling a rope park. It is important to note that the investments can be divided into stages, the sets can be combined with the pyramids and you can freely configure our devices so that your playground is unique and unconventional. JOYFUL SCHOOL Hello, we are a company that provides comprehensive implementation of playgrounds under the government program “Joyful School”. The joy of children and the satisfaction of the head teachers from the schools where we helped implement the program are the proof of a job well done. Our mission is to unglue children from their computer screens, emphasizing their physical development through play. From a concept to completion, we assist in the creation of a playground, which earlier was only a dream for many schools. Now, just submit your application form and request the authority conducting your institution for financial aid. To obtain funding, the playground should primarily meet the requirements of the “Joyful School” program. Visual examples of playgrounds, where the main fitness elements are rope devices, have been included on the website of the Ministry of National Education. In addition, the school playground should have a solidly constructed synthetic surface and conventional equipment. Our playground equipment has undergone a series of tests and certification processes to ensure maximum safety while remaining attractive to your students. Behind us is another season in which we undertook the completion of playgrounds that are compatible with the “Joyful School” program. With great pleasure, we present pictures of the projects we have completed. Each of them has easily passed inspection conducted on behalf of the Ministry of National Education.

STAGES OF A “JOYFUL SCHOOL” PLAYGROUND CONSTRUCTION 1. The first step is to submit an application form to your conducting authority with a request for financial support. 2. Once you have received information about the appropriations, we encourage you to refer to our company to prepare a free-of-charge planning and development concept. 3. Having obtained the acceptance of the individually prepared concept, you should start the preparation of tender procedure. This is a very important step, because the documentation should include a detailed description of the devices. In this way, you protect yourself from the receipt of tenders offering, for example, equipment of a much lower standard of workmanship. However, please keep calm; the representatives of our company will provide you with professional advice, for we have acquired a lot of experience during previous editions of the program. It is important that the tender documents contain a functional and utilitarian program that has a detailed description of the playground equipment you prefer and all the elements contained in the planning and development concept. 4. Keep in mind that the biggest obstacle to playground implementation on a synthetic surface may be a low temperature. It is therefore necessary to act quickly so that the contractor can carry out the installation in conditions that are suitable for the planned materials. It will positively affect the quality and durability of the playground.

SURFACES We offer most of the cushioning surfaces suggested by the 1176-1 standard. When choosing a surface, one must remember the importance of the playground’s substrate. Most accidents (the most dangerous ones) in the areas of playgrounds are caused by using the wrong surface or the total lack thereof. We provide natural surfaces such as sand, gravel and artificial synthetic surfaces. SYNTHETIC SURFACES We make safe, “cast” synthetic surfaces. Thanks to our own equipment resources and qualified staff, we are able to implement the most demanding projects throughout the territory of Poland. The offer includes standard colours such as red, green, black and a rich palette of colours available for individual orders, including the colours of the “Joyful School” program. TECHNOLOGY ROPE The rope we use is specially designed for the production of playgrounds. Its main features are the following: a friendly surface for children’s hands, no toxic properties of the used materials, resistance to UV rays, steel braid preventing vandals from cutting the rope and resistance of the used materials to atmospheric conditions (especially rust resistance, which is obtained by zinc plating of the steel strings). We use rope with diameters of 16 mm and 18 mm in the production of our devices. POLYAMIDE ROPE, PLAITED ROPE AND GLUED ROPE To increase the quality of products offered in 2014, we introduce POLYAMIDE ROPE, PLAITED ROPE AND GLUED ROPE within the devices made of rope with a diameter of 18 mm. Ropes are made of zinc-plated steel strings twisted into 6 weaves, each of which is braided around with a polyamide fibre glued into it. The rope introduced this year is different from the previously used rope because of the following properties: - the rope sheath is braided and not twisted. The polyamide sheath manufactured in this way has a higher abrasion resistance and thus prolongs the service life of the rope. - the steel strings are glued together and to the polyamide sheath. This solution makes the rope more concise, and there is no possibility for the sheath to displace against the steel strands. Summing up, the currently used rope has much better properties, which certainly will benefit the service life of the equipment.

BAND CLIP + EYEBOLT
The element that allows the installation of nets to the pole is a specially designed band clip. It is made of cast steel with a very high strength. The band clip is connected to an eyebolt, which is made of stainless steel.
CONNECTORS
We use aluminium and plastic connectors in our projects. The natural properties of aluminium alloys and plastics of highest quality ensure high durability and strength.
POLE
The main element of the structure is a hot-dip-galvanized steel pole. The material used for its production and a corrosion protection ensure long-term durability. The pole is secured at the top with a plastic cap.
ROPE THIMBLES AND SCREWS
To ensure a maximum durability and to maintain a high aesthetic effect, we use only stainless steel rope thimbles and screws. This procedure guarantees a high quality of our products.

STAINLESS STEEL STRUCTURES
For devices that do not require specially reinforced steel, we use acid-proof steel, commonly called stainless steel. The entire MAGICNETS swing line, the DIAMOND COLLECTION and many single elements in different devices manufactured by MagicNets are made from acid-proof steel. The use of such a material provides a maintenance-free operation and unconventional look.
FOUNDATIONS
The foundations are made as reinforced concrete feet with the C25/30 (B30) high-strength concrete. The level of the foundation does not exceed 1 m. ANTICORROSION COATINGS
The elements of the sets that are not made of aluminium or stainless steel are protected by hotdip galvanizing (minimum 100–200 microns), galvanizing (minimum 12 microns) and chlorinated rubber paints (primer + 2 layers). SURFACES
We make cushioning surfaces in accordance with the BS EN 1176 standard. Their task is to ensure the safety of children at play. The surfaces are made as: - synthetic cast with a thickness of 40 - 100 mm - sand with a fraction of 0.2 - 2 mm and thickness of 200 - 300 mm - gravel with a fraction of 2 - 8 mm and thickness of 200 - 300 mm
