E P RO S T E S Y A PL The MagicNets Galaxy is a range of different rope sets’ compositions, also known as monkey playground. They consist of modules which can be treated as a stand-alone equipment, but are mostly meant for creating sets. The MagicNets Galaxy is a combination of a very attractive tree ropes court, where you need instructor’s supervision, with a classic safe playground. . Children and youngsters will not get bored with it for years, thanks to its huge variety, unlimited routes and possibility to play on different heights.

During planning your perfect set you need to consult the MagicNets representatives because of the load-bearing capacity of the construction. For those clients who do not need to create their own sets we have prepared 20 configurations. Thanks to the modular construction of the sets the investment can be divided into stages. The Galaxy makes it possible to expand a playground by adding modules. An important advantage of the proposed product is the possibility to replace the worn out nets after a few years. Costs of such modernization are several times lower than the cost of a whole equipment. At the time of replacement not only the ropes, but also patterns of the modules can be changed. Children will see it as a new playground altogether.

The majority of playground-related injuries (including the most dangerous ones) is caused by inappropriate surfacing or lack of one. The surfaces we offer are natural: sand or gravel, and artificial synthetic. SYNTHETIC SURFACES We produce safe poured synthetic surfaces. STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTIONS In the equipment where reinforced steel is not required we use acid resistant steel, also known as stainless. The whole line of the MagicNets SWINGS, the DIAMOND COLLECTION and many individual elements used in our equipment are made of acid resistant steel. Using such a material ensures maintenance-free exploitation and uncommon design.
FOUNDATIONS These are reinforced concrete spot footing made of high strength concrete C25/30 (B30). The level of foundation does not exceed 1.3 m.
RUBBER MEMBRANE The equipment is enriched with rubber mat reinforced by three layers of net.
Surfaces We manufacture shock absorbing surfaces compliant with the PN-EN 1176-1 standard. They are meant to ensure safety to the playing children. Our surfaces are: - synthetic, poured, with thickness of 50 - 110 mm, - sand, with fraction of 0.2 - 2 mm and thickness of 200 - 300 mm, - gravel, with fraction of 2 - 8 mm and thickness of 200 - 300 mm.

RUSTPROOF COATING Elements which are not made of aluminum or stainless steel are protected by means of hot dip galvanization (min. 100-200 Îźm), electroplating (min. 12 Îźm), painted with chlorinated rubber lacquer (priming paint + two layers).

ROPE THIMBLES AND SCREW In order to guarantee the highest durability and long-lasting visual effect we use only stainless steel rope thimbles and screws. It ensures high quality of our products.
CLASP + EYE BOLT
Connectors
A specially designed clasp is used to install nets to the posts. It is made of high-tenacity cast steel. The clasp is connected with a stainless steel eye bolt.
In all our designs we use aluminum and plastic connectors. Natural properties of the top quality aluminum alloy and plastics guarantee high durability and strength.

The main element of construction is a hot-dip galvanized steel post. The material used to its production and anti-corrosion protection guarantee long-time durability. The post is crowned with a steel or aluminum cap.

Rope Our rope is designed specifically for use at playgrounds. Its most important properties: child-friendly surface, no toxic properties of the materials used, UV resistance, steel plait to protect from cutting, weather resistant materials, particularly rust-proof, as a result of electroplating of steel strings. For our equipment we use ropes of 18 and 16 mm in diameter.
PYRAMIDS
POLYAMIDE, BRAIDED AND GLUED ROPE After years of gaining experience and using different rope models, now we use polyamide, braided and glued rope of 18 mm in diameter.
ROPE STRUCTURE The rope is made of electroplated steel strings, laid into six plaits, each of them braided with a polyamide strand glued into it. This rope is different from the previously used one with the following properties: - it is braided, not twisted. This kind of polyamide braid is characterized by better abrasion resistance, and therefore extended rope durability. - stainless steel strings are glued together and with the polyamide braid. This way the rope is more dense and there is no possibility of braid movement against steel plaits.
