урнал «Кореспондент» назвав 100 найвпливовіших людей України в рамках щорічного проекту Топ-100. Як не дивно першу сходинку займає президент Віктор Янукович, у спину якому «дихає» найбагатший українець та президент футбольного клубу «Шахтар» Ринат Ахметов. Глава Адміністрації Президента України Сергій Льовочкін, як і минулого року, зайняв 3-тю сходинку. Старший син президента Олександр Янукович та голова союзу Group DF Дмитро Фірташ замикають першу п’ятірку. Лідер партії «Батьківщина» Юлія Тимошенко цьогоріч посіла лише 13 місце, а віднедавна не лише спортсмени, а й політики Віталій Кличко та Андрій Шевченко піднялись 16 та 42 позиції відповідно.

Японія вирішила відмовитися від використання АЕС

orrespondent’ magazine named the 100
most influential people of Ukraine within the framework of the annual Project Top 100. Strangely enough the first place takes President Viktor Yanukovych, advanced by the richest Ukrainian and President of FC ‘Shakhtar’ Rynat Akhmetov. Head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine Serhiy Liovochkin, like last year, took the 3rd place. The President’s eldest son Oleksandr Yanukovych and the head of Union Group DF Dmytro Firtash close the top five. The leader of the party ‘Batkivshchyna’ Yuliia Tymoshenko has this year ranked only 13th place, and since recently not only sportsmen, but also politicians Vitaliy Klychko and Andriy Shevchenko have risen to 16 and 42 places respectively.

лада Японії дійшла висновку, що нова енергетична стратегія країни буде передбачати повну відмову від АЕС. Уряд Японії після аварії на АЕС Фукусіма-1 вирішив переглянути колишні плани розвитку енергетики в країні. Фахівцям та громадськості запропонували три можливі шляхи до повної відмови від АЕС, іменованої «планом ядерного нуля»: зведення частки АЕС в енергетиці країни до 2030 року до нуля, до 15% і підтримання на рівні 20-25%. За участю державних чиновників, політиків і населення були організовані слухання, на яких обговорювалася доля АЕС в країні. Результати голосування за їх підсумками і були прийняті до відома урядом при визначенні нової енергетичної стратегії. Ключові міністри, у віданні яких перебуває атомна енергетика, схиляються до того, щоб з часом країна змогла повністю відмовитися від АЕС, оскільки за повну відмову від атомної енергетики висловилися близько 70% осіб, що взяли участь у слуханнях.Зараз уряд вступив у завершальну стадію узгоджень з прийняття стратегії, що припускає відмову від АЕС. Для цього буде суворо лімітований термін експлуатації АЕС - не більш ніж 40 років і введена заборона на будівництво нових станцій.

а підсумками глядацького голосування володарем Гран-прі третього Одеського Міжнародного Кінофестивалю, статуетки «Золотий Дюк» та грошової винагороди у розмірі 15 000 доларів став режисер з Великобританії Руфус Норріс за фільм «Зламані». Коректність глядацького голосування була підтверджена міжнародною аудиторською компанією Deloitte. Міжнародне журі ОМКФ також визначило лауреатів міжнародної конкурсної програми фестивалю. Приз за кращу режисуру отримали Бенуа Делепін і Гюстав де Керверн, режисери фільму «Революція» (Франція, 2012). Нагороди за кращу акторську роботу удостоєний акторський ансамбль фільму «Ляльковий дім» (Ірландія, 2012). Кращим фільмом ОМКФ-2012, згідно з рішенням Міжнародного журі, стала картина «У тумані» Сергія Лозниці (Німеччина, Росія, Латвія, Нідерланди, Білорусь, 2012). Рішення по всіх номінаціях було прийняте одноголосно, у зв'язку з чим журі вирішило обійтися без обгрунтування вручення.

he government of Japan has concluded that the new energy strategy of the country will provide for a complete abandonment of APP. The Government of Japan after the accident at Fukushima-1 APP decided to review the previous plans of country’s energy development. Professionals and the public have been offered three possible ways to complete abandonment of APP, referred to as ‘plan of nuclear zero’: reduction of the share of APP in the country’s power engineering till 2030 to zero, to 15% and maintain the level of 20-25%. With the participation of government officials, politicians and population were organized hearings, at which the fate of APP in the country was discussed. In the end the results of voting were taken into consideration by the Government in defining a new power strategy. The major ministers in charge of nuclear power are inclined to believe that in due course the country will be able to completely abandon APP, because about 70% of those who participated in hearings supported the complete rejection of atomic power engineering. So far government entered the final stage of agreements on the adoption of a strategy that presupposes the rejection of APP. For this the period of APP operation will be strictly limited - no more than 40 years - and a ban on the construction of new plants will be introduced.

s a result of voting of the audience Grand Prix of the third Odesa International Film Festival, figurines "Golden Duke" and monetary reward of 15,000 dollars, was awarded to the director from UK Rufus Norris for the film "Broken." Reasonableness of the voting of the audience was confirmed by the international accounting firm Deloitte. The international jury of OIFF also determined the laureates of the international competition program of the festival. The prize for the best direction went to Benoit Delepine and Gustave Kervern, directors of the film "Revolution" (France, 2012). The ensemble cast of the film "Doll's House" (Ireland, 2012) was honoured with award for the best acting. Best film of OIFF-2012, according to the decision of the International Jury, was chosen the film "The Fog" by Sergiy Loznitsia (Germany, Russia, Latvia, Netherlands, Belarus, 2012). Decisions on all the nominations were unanimously taken, therefore the jury decided to do without justification of awarding.
