THANKFULNESS

As we come to the end of MAF’s 80th anniversary year, we’re incredibly thankful for all that God has done. We could never have dreamed that God would grow MAF in the way He’s done. We now have more than 115 aircraft flying to some 1,000 remote destinations — enabling the lifetransforming work of about 1,500 aid, development and mission organisations.

Whether we’re flying essential personnel and vital cargo to isolated regions, or transporting those in need of urgent medical help, we overcome challenging terrain, distance, conflict and economic barriers to assist the people who need it most.

MAF has been there for isolated people since 1945 and will continue to help them for decades to come. We do so because no man, woman or child should suffer due to a lack of access.

We will never know all the ways that prayer has saved and changed lives. But although we don’t always see the answers to our prayers, we continue to lift our voices to the Lord. It doesn’t matter how simple, short or long these heartfelt prayers are.

Let’s raise everything to Him with thankful hearts, trusting our gracious Lord and Saviour as His will continues to unfold in our lives and in the lives of those for whom we pray.

Ruth Jack, Deputy Regional Director in Africa, sums it up well: ‘As we celebrate 80 years, I’m deeply aware and grateful that “Thus far the LORD has helped us”’ (1 Samuel 7:12, NIV).

So, at the close of our 80th anniversary year, we’d like you to know how incredibly thankful we are to God and grateful to you for partnering with us in prayer thus far.

As winter rolls in, may you know again the wonder of God’s faithfulness in giving us His Son Jesus, our Emmanuel.

Grace and peace

Always be joyful. Never stop praying. Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus — 1 Thessalonians 5:16-18 (NLT) MAF's Global Week of Prayer begins on

BOUGAINVILLE

OCTOBER

Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His love endures forever — 1 Chronicles 16:34 (NIV)

WEDNESDAY 1 The region, known by the acronym AROB (the Autonomous Region of Bougainville), is emerging from a brutal civil war that raged from 1988 to 1998. A peace agreement was signed on 30 August 2001 and, after an overwhelmingly conclusive referendum in 2019, AROB is now working towards independence from Papua New Guinea. Pray that the transition, scheduled to take place between 2025 and 2027, will be peaceful and will be a real blessing to the many communities that comprise AROB

THURSDAY 2 Give thanks that the national Church network of Bougainville has asked MAF to set up operations there, with the support of the Bougainville government. Many people still remember our work in this autonomous region of Papua New Guinea prior to its decade-long civil war. Pray that the government will release committed funds so that hangar construction can begin

LEFT MAF signs a Memorandum of Understanding with AROB to launch operations there

RIGHT Bagana, an active volcano in Bougainville

FRIDAY 3 Pray for the team being formed to work in Bougainville. Pray for unity and that all involved will settle well into life there. As MAF begins to establish this new programme, pray that God will provide for all our staffing and financial needs. Pray too for spiritual protection and the growth of the Church, as witchcraft can be commonplace

SATURDAY 4 MAF’s ministry will initially involve the installation of solar electricity in health centres, schools and churches. We also plan to distribute audio and printed Bibles in various languages. Our hope is to begin aviation operations in the second half of 2026. Pray that all goes smoothly and to plan

SOUTH SUDAN

For no word from God will ever fail — Luke 1:37 (NIV)

OCTOBER

SUNDAY 5 Praise God for MAF partner ACROSS, which was quick to respond to a cholera outbreak in Pibor earlier this year. We flew two doctors and nearly two tonnes of essential medical supplies and water purification tablets. Pray that we’ll always be able to provide help and support whenever the need arises.

MONDAY 6 Earlier this year, MAF staff in Kenya helped our aircraft maintenance engineers in South Sudan to complete the first 200-hour inspection of an MAF plane in the Juba hangar. Give thanks for the many ways we’re able to collaborate with our colleagues and share the workload.

TUESDAY 7 In March this year, some of our staff were relocated to Kenya due to insecurity in South Sudan. Please pray for wisdom for those who need to balance keeping our personnel safe while trying to ensure that we continue serving those still living in isolation

WEDNESDAY 8 Praise the Lord for our ability to fly church leaders to Yambio to celebrate Yambio Cathedral’s 100th year. Pray that, despite the insecurity and unrest frequently afflicting this vulnerable nation, the Church in South Sudan will flourish and grow.

THURSDAY 9 Please uphold MAF’s 230-plus partners in South Sudan. May the Lord bless the work of their hands and may they feel His abundant blessing. Give thanks that our flights enable them to be more effective due to the time saved by avoiding arduous overland travel.

FRIDAY 10 In July 2024, we flew baby Nyandit from South Sudan to Uganda to receive urgent surgery for hydrocephalus. Earlier this year, her family told us that she’s doing well, though, because of her late diagnosis, Nyandit now has a special chair to support her. Please pray that South Sudanese children will receive speedy diagnoses so they can receive treatment immediately.

SATURDAY 11 Today, let’s remember our pilots. Pray that, even with all the busyness of their jobs, they will still find opportunities to talk about their faith with those living in remote communities. Pray that people would have an openness to the Gospel.

SUNDAY 12 Praise God that, from our base in Kajjansi, our aircraft can reach any airstrip within the country swiftly and safely within 90 minutes. The charities and organisations we fly find this a real blessing, so please pray that our aircraft remain a blessing.

MONDAY 13 Niels and Andréa Blok and their two young children joined the Uganda team from the Netherlands in August. Please pray for the family, upholding Niels as he gets used to flying to various remote airstrips.

TUESDAY 14 Earlier this year, we flew a YWAM team to the islands on Lake Victoria to distribute God’s Word to isolated communities there. Pray that the Word of God continues to be a blessing as it encourages and inspires new believers.

WEDNESDAY 15 Please pray for our maintenance team as they keep our six aircraft flying in Uganda. Mark Draper, who is part of the team, is excited by the arrival of a floatplane that’s now enabling us to reach even more locations than before.

THURSDAY 16 Today, let’s uphold Interim Country Director Sam Baguma as he leads a large team of 54 national and 13 international staff members.

FRIDAY 17 There are many young men in the city of Kampala without jobs, education or hope. Give thanks that Duncan Jack was able to preach at a church outreach service earlier this year. Following an altar call, 53 young men came forward for baptism. Please pray that they continue to develop their relationship with God and share their faith with others

SATURDAY 18 Praise the Lord for MAF partner The Bucket Ministry which distributes water filters and helps prevent diseases caused by dirty water. Thanks to this Christian charity, children like 15-year-old Jeremiah Wamimbi, who suffered for years battling constant diarrhoea and typhoid, can now drink clear, safe water. The team’s visit to Mbale also resulted in 15 young people giving their lives to Jesus and being baptised

INDONESIA

OCTOBER

For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength — Philippians 4:13 (NLT)

SUNDAY 19 Praise God for the MAF flights that enable dental care in communities like Bina, Papua, where Dr Miguel treated 90 patients and taught the villagers about dental health. May God bless the work of everyone involved in promoting health in Indonesia’s remotest regions

MONDAY 20 Please pray for the safety of our pilots and planes. Earlier this year, a rock damaged the nosewheel of one of our aircraft as it landed at Long Lebusan, Kalimantan. The pilots, though unharmed, had to stay overnight while staff and friends ferried the necessary part by boat, plane, car and 4x4

TUESDAY 21 We’re so grateful for the way God is blessing MAF’s medevac ministry and the many opportunities our staff have to pray with patients and their

families through our guesthouse ministry in Kalimantan. May everyone who is currently ill find healing in body, mind and spirit

WEDNESDAY 22 Uphold everyone working to build an airstrip in Otodemo, Papua. Pray for stamina and that, once it’s finished, the runway will be a real help to the predominantly Christian Fayu people who rely on us for supplies and medical assistance

THURSDAY 23 Uphold Jeremy Toews, who leads a team of 14 national and 6 international staff families in Kalimantan — whose name means ‘very hot island’. Pray too for the two Quest Kodiak aircraft which serve health clinics,

Bible schools and churches in an area of dense rainforest and impenetrable mountains.

FRIDAY 24 Give thanks for the completion of the Ngalik Bible in Papua. One young man testified in church to how much it meant for him to be able to read the Bible in his mother tongue. The believers are so thankful that, after 65 years of painstaking translation work, they can now read God’s Word in their own language. Do pray that this strengthens and encourages the Christians there and points others to Christ.

SATURDAY 25 Today, let’s uphold the dedicated maintenance staff who keep our aircraft airworthy, along with those who look after our airstrips. These ‘unsung heroes of every flight’ carry a heavy responsibility in ensuring that every flight in Indonesia is a safe one

SATURDAY 1

PLEASE SPEND THIS WEEK LIFTING UP NATASHA TORDOFF, OUR CORPORATE SERVICES MANAGER IN PAPUA NEW GUINEA

ABOVE Natasha Tordoff, MAF’s Corporate Services Manager in PNG BELOW The Highlands of PNG SUNDAY 26

OCTOBER / NOVEMBER

PAPUA NEW GUINEA (PNG)

I will thank the LORD because He is just; I will sing praise to the name of the LORD Most High — Psalm 7:17 (NLT)

WHAT IS YOUR ROLE IN PNG ?

I am the Corporate Services Manager, which means I multitask across multiple departments including HR, Admin, Strategic Development, and Quality, Safety and Security.’

HOW DID YOU COME TO WORK FOR MAF ?

I am part Papua New Guinean on my mother’s side, who’s from New Ireland Province. Although I was born and raised in the UK, I had a desire to go to PNG and serve people. I came across an advert for an administrator with MAF Technologies, applied, and the rest is history!

WHAT ARE THE MOST CHALLENGING PARTS OF YOUR ROLE ?

It’s the difference in cultural values and priorities between my western upbringing and PNG culture. It can be challenging to deal with urgent issues directly without offending people, because being direct in PNG culture can often be seen as rude. In contrast, being indirect in western culture can often be seen as dishonest. It’s been a real learning curve for me.

HOW WOULD YOU LOVE TO SEE GOD TRANSFORM PNG ?

I would love to see God transform PNG by empowering people to know Jesus, and His love that casts out fear. I’d love to see more people embracing the freedom in Christ which enables us to live in peace.

Isaiah 41:10 encourages us not to fear, for God is with us — to speak up without fear, to ask for help without fear, to go for your goals and dreams without fear. I’d also like to see God open the hearts of those in PNG leadership so they can empower the people through education and training.

WHAT ARE YOUR OR THE PNG PROGRAMME’S BIGGEST NEEDS RIGHT NOW ?

The MAF Technologies programme’s biggest needs right now are in leadership and development. We desperately need clear pathways and funding to develop our leadership team and facilitate further growth and learning within the team. At present, we are working on these pathways; however, there are limited training providers in the country.

PAPUA NEW GUINEA

You will be enriched in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God — 2 Corinthians 9:11 (NIV)

SUNDAY 2 Praise God for the opening of Moka Airstrip, Gulf Province, after six years of hard work with sticks and shovels. May the runway be an ongoing reminder of God’s provision.

MONDAY 3 One of our flights enabled a group of teenagers from Numonohi Christian Academy, Goroka, to reach Mount Hagen to build a new playground, soccer pitch, volleyball field and walking paths for Bible Faith Orphanage. Please pray that this will bring comfort, happiness and blessing to the children living there

TUESDAY 4 In March this year, Matthew Kaye joined our PNG programme as a pilot. Thank God for Matt and pray that many lives will be transformed through his ministry.

WEDNESDAY 5 MAF partner Pastor Aron gives thanks for the Basic Computer Training courses provided by MAF Technologies. ‘We’ve seen missionaries apply these skills in the field, effectively presenting the Gospel through PowerPoint presentations.’ It is, he explains, ‘an encouraging step in further developing our ministry to bring the Gospel effectively to the doorsteps of every home.’ Praise God for the technology that’s helping to advance God’s Kingdom, and for those seeking to spread His Word

THURSDAY 6 According to Australian Broadcasting Corporation’s radio programme Pacific Beat, 70% of the physical trauma experienced by victims of crime in PNG is caused by bush knives or machetes, so do pray for peace in communities where violence is endemic.

FRIDAY 7 Receiving an education in PNG is difficult. Even after they’ve completed their studies, students often have to wait months for a graduation certificate due to the lack of roads and the jungle that stretches for miles. Pray for their resilience and patience as MAF planes carry the documents that celebrate their hard work.

SATURDAY 8 Please pray that PNG’s people will be able to distinguish between true and false teaching and possess a strong biblical faith. Not all the congregations in the country are led by those who are spiritually mature or biblically literate.

SUNDAY 9 Praise God for Remembrance Sunday as we give thanks for all those who put their lives on the line to fight bravely with a hope to end conflict. Please pray for a world free from violence and filled with a lasting peace.

MONDAY 10 Give thanks for the successful MAF health patrol that treated 150 patients in remote Yenkisa and brought life-saving care to children and pregnant mothers. Pray for the health workers’ strength and protection, and for lasting impact from the medical and spiritual support they provide in the region.

TUESDAY 11 PNG’s lack of a road network and poor infrastructure hinders economic opportunities and leaves remote communities impoverished. Please pray for MAF’s ability to overcome the daily struggles that isolation causes these hardto-reach people

WEDNESDAY 12 Praise God that the work of our missionaries makes a tangible difference to the lives of those living in isolation. By teaching people about Christ’s love, revenge culture and tribal conflict are gradually being reduced, with people finally finding healing and the ability to live in peace

THURSDAY 13 Please pray for the ongoing recovery of a woman who was stabbed by a relative earlier this year. Thankfully, an MAF medevac enabled her to reach hospital in time. Give thanks that our services continue to help those for whom MAF is their only lifeline.

FRIDAY 14 PNG is vulnerable to natural disasters such as floods, droughts, earthquakes, volcanic activity and tsunamis. Please pray for the physical and spiritual wellbeing of those who have lost loved ones, are navigating grief, and attempting to rebuild their shattered lives

Your prayers are the most important gift you can give us, but if you feel you would like to give financially as you pray, you can do this simply by scanning the QR code.

SATURDAY 15 Please pray for the growth of the Church and that audio resources will effectively communicate the Gospel. May many more people be swept into Christ’s Kingdom

SCAN ME TO SEE ALL OUR OVERSEAS STAFF

SUNDAY 16

Praise God for the newest cohort of trainees studying to become the MAF aircraft maintenance engineers and pilots of the future. Uphold all those on our Engineer Training Scheme and Future Pilot Programme as they study, grow and prepare to serve overseas.

MONDAY 17

Two families returned to the UK in September this year. They remain with us for three months while they readjust to life here. This can be harder than the culture shock of leaving in the first place. Pray for Geoff, Celia and Miriam Linkleter and John and Tracey Feil as they settle in and seek future direction.

TUESDAY 18 Several families are returning to visit family, friends, churches and ministry partners. Pray for rest, good conversations and opportunities to share what God is doing in and through MAF worldwide. Pray particularly for the Beckwith, Newnham, Symmonds, Urey and Vallance-Webb families.

WEDNESDAY 19 Recruiting and retaining MAF staff relies on them having sustainable funding and prayer support. As we seek to develop relationships with trusts, corporates and individuals who share our heart for mission, pray that God will open doors to build partnerships that last.

THURSDAY 20 Please pray for Ed and Kathy Burrows and their family. Ed is both a pilot and Operations Manager, which makes for a busy work life. Pray for wisdom in balancing this with family commitments, church involvement and the challenging conditions of Liberia.

FRIDAY 21 William and Sarah Babumba are looking for partners to support them in prayer and through regular giving so they can move to PNG, where William will serve as Partnership Development Manager. Please ask God to provide them with all the financial and spiritual backing they need

SATURDAY 22 Richard and Christine Wall have now been in PNG for six months. Richard is flying to our remote airstrips, delivering help, hope and healing in Jesus' name. Please pray for safety, and for their children Eloise and Rupert.

KENYA

NOVEMBER

And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him — Colossians 3:17 (NIV)

SUNDAY 23 As we conclude our 80th anniversary year, praise God for His faithfulness in enabling us to uphold the vision of MAF’s pioneering co-founders. Now, as then, we seek to reduce isolation and share the love of Christ with many.

MONDAY 24 MAF’s team in Kenya consists of 37 staff. Based in Nairobi at Wilson Airport, they co-ordinate flights to the eastern and northern parts of the country, and maintain and repair aircraft from our Kenya and South Sudan programmes. Pray that the whole team will know the Holy Spirit’s refreshing.

TUESDAY 25 In Isiolo County, eastern Kenya, livestock is not only a source of food, but also of income and identity. Pray for Veterinarians with a Mission Programme whose staff, in partnership with local churches, are flown there by MAF to ensure that the animals are healthy — enabling families to have enough to eat and to be able to pay for school fees. Pray that MAF will continue to bless these pastoral communities with regular flights

WEDNESDAY 26 Last year, our Kenya programme flew 1,811 passengers and travelled 101,154 miles! As the year comes to an end, pray that everyone who’s ever been flown by MAF will be impacted by the love of God, and that their lives and communities will be transformed

THURSDAY 27 With more than 70% of Kenya’s population living in rural areas, let’s pray for the MAF flights that enable medics and missionaries to serve remote regions where the need for them is acute

FRIDAY 28 Pray for our East Africa Resource Hub being set up in Nairobi, where we’re hoping to raise up MAF’s local African talent for international mission work. Give thanks that some missionaries are already beginning to be sent out from this hub.

SATURDAY 29 Pray that God will continue to strengthen the work of our missionary, church and NGO partners. Pray also for an increase in their influence and effectiveness.

ARNHEM LAND

NOVEMBER / DECEMBER

I will extol the LORD at all times; His praise will always be on my lips — Psalm 34:1 (NIV)

SUNDAY 30 Praise God for MAF’s partnership with Miyalk Domestic and Family Violence Shelter. We regularly fly women who are experiencing domestic abuse from their remote communities to the safety of the refuge. Please pray for protection and healing for those seeking to leave the person abusing them, and for all those who have done so.

MONDAY 1 Earlier this year, Arnhem Land’s unprecedented rainfall led to many communities being cut off by flooding. With our flights being the only way to reach eastern Arnhem Land’s remotest areas, give thanks that we were able to deliver food and fuel supplies. Please pray that the many isolated communities we serve will all be kept safe.

TUESDAY 2 In remote places, flying isn’t just about convenience, it means safety. Give thanks that the challenges of accessing healthcare can be overcome with MAF aircraft.

WEDNESDAY 3 Pray for Community Support Worker Renelle Gandjitjiwuy Gondarra, who regularly uses our shuttle flights to carry out health outreaches. The flights are not only safer than overland travel, but also free up more of her time to deliver vital services.

THURSDAY 4 It takes a whole crew to keep our planes and pilots in the air — aircraft maintenance engineers, booking officers, operation managers, administrators, safety officers and many others. If you or someone you know has a heart for mission, why not consider joining us? Please pray about it and visit our website www.maf-uk.org/mafcareers

FRIDAY 5 Give thanks that MAF flights enable physiotherapists Shaun Bell and Charl Neuhoff to help restore people’s independence and purpose through treatment. Flying with MAF means they can see their patients once a week instead of monthly.

SATURDAY 6 Although a 93-mile drive can take more than 3 hours over pitted dirt tracks, an MAF flight can cover the same distance in as little as 20 minutes. This can make all the difference when it comes to saving a life or helping a patient to recover. Pray for all those who play a part in saving lives and patching up patients — studying in cities and locations that may at first appear daunting

SUNDAY 7 Praise God that Joe Adams, MAF’s Country Director and pilot, has fully recovered from a bicycle accident last year. Give thanks that, having had to wait six months for medical clearance from the Federal Aviation Administration, he’s now flying again.

MONDAY 8 Please pray for MAF partner Lesotho Mountain Discipleship. We help its teams reach out to isolated villages where they stay for two weeks at a time, witnessing to the community and partnering with local churches

TUESDAY 9 Uphold Luke and Amy Nelson and their two children. Luke, a pilot and aircraft maintenance mechanic, and Amy, who has a degree in intercultural communications, have been serving in Lesotho for two years. Pray for safe flights and inspiring outreach.

Enter His gates with thanksgiving and His courts with praise; give thanks to Him and praise His name

— Psalm 100:4 (NIV)

WEDNESDAY 10 Please pray for Karen Adams, MAF’s Regional Safeguarding Lead for the Africa region. Her work helps ensure that MAF staff know and maintain safe working practices to protect all those with whom they interact.

THURSDAY 11 Please ask the Lord for safe flights for the Lesotho team. The country’s high altitude, combined with the rough airstrips, means that take-offs and landings are challenging.

FRIDAY 12 Please pray for Lesotho’s young people over Christmas. The country’s traditional party culture can result in excessive drinking, which can lead to accidents and unintended emotional pain. To counter this, our staff and those of the local hospitals sometimes host healthy activities that young people can enjoy instead. Pray for safety and for godly encounters and conversations over the holidays

SATURDAY 13 Our Lesotho team is currently understaffed, so please pray that the Lord will call new people to join MAF as missionaries so they can make a difference in this small, landlocked, mountainous nation.

WEST AFRICA

Give thanks to the LORD, for He is good; His love endures forever — Psalm 106:1 (NIV)

SUNDAY 14 We are thankful for open doors. Praise God for opening doors for missionaries to reach remote places like Zwedru, Liberia. We are grateful for God’s provision of safe flights through MAF, allowing help, hope and healing to be carried to those who need it most.

MONDAY 15 We are thankful for partners. We give thanks to God for partners like CODAPA, whom MAF flew in Guinea to provide communities with training about how to protect their crops. Thanks to this new information, plantations were protected during recent bushfires

TUESDAY 16 We are thankful for practical help. We are thankful to God for the thousands of hygiene kits lovingly made and donated by sewing groups in the Immanuel Lutheran Church in the USA. Praise God for His faithfulness in providing for every practical need, enabling young girls in Liberia to return to school thanks to the kits

WEDNESDAY 17 We are thankful for God’s provision. The runway at Grand Cess, south-eastern Liberia, had been quiet for nearly a year, so we are grateful to God for enabling us to resume flights to the region. Please pray that MAF’s ministry continues to bless the people there

THURSDAY 18 We are thankful for skilled hands. Thank God for providing medical teams that care for the ill and injured with wisdom and compassion in Guinea. MAF staff are grateful for the expertise of all the medical personnel who bring healing where there is hurt

FRIDAY 19 We are thankful for continuous service. Despite having only two Cessna Grand Caravans in Liberia, 2,216 passengers were served and almost 14 tonnes of cargo delivered in 2024. God is amazing! Praise Him for His faithfulness and pray for MAF’s ability to continue serving Liberia’s people

SATURDAY 20 We are thankful for protection. Thanks to our Cessna Grand Caravan aircraft in Guinea, we flew more than 249 hours across 39,773 miles of land in 2024! As you praise God for His protection of our aircraft and its passengers, please remember to uphold MAF Pilot Jonathan Blomberg as he continues serving Guinea’s people.

SUNDAY 21 Praise God for the families of those preparing to serve with MAF. Leaving home is never easy, so do pray for God’s comfort, unity and practical provision for those stepping into this new chapter of their lives

MONDAY 22 Give thanks for those who faithfully respond to God’s call to serve. Pray for more qualified teachers to step forward to support the education of mission children in countries like South Sudan and PNG, where the need is particularly urgent

TUESDAY 23 Pray for the urgent recruitment of experienced aircraft maintenance engineers. These skilled roles are essential for maintaining aircraft safety and operations. Ask God to stir the hearts of aviation engineers who have both the training and a heart for mission.

WEDNESDAY 24 MAF urgently needs experienced pilots who are willing to serve in remote and challenging locations. Please pray that God will call and prepare pilots who are ready to use their skills to bring God's love to Africa and the Asia-Pacific region.

THURSDAY 25 On this Christmas Day, as we reflect on Christ’s coming to serve the world, pray for those considering a calling into mission with MAF. Ask that God would speak clearly to those whose skills are needed by the MAF family and encourage them to take a step of faith as the new year approaches.

MAF COUNTRY DIRECTOR STEWART AYLING, TANZANIA

FRIDAY 26 There is a growing need for candidates with experience in operations and facilities management. These behind-the-scenes roles are crucial in keeping our programmes running smoothly. Pray that God will provide capable and committed individuals

SATURDAY 27 Please pray for MAF’s recruitment team as they seek to build stronger connections with universities and the aviation community across the UK. Ask God to open doors and hearts so more people will be inspired to consider serving overseas with MAF.

SUNDAY 28 Praise God for the various recruitment teams working diligently behind the scenes. Pray that they’ll be strengthened and encouraged as they connect with MAF applicants and seek God’s guidance for each job role. Pray also for God to grant them energy for the year ahead

MONDAY 29 Pray that churches across the UK will play an active role in MAF’s mission by encouraging members with relevant skills to consider serving overseas. May God use these church communities to help send more workers into the harvest

TUESDAY 30 Please pray for the urgent need to recruit Country Directors to lead and encourage our teams overseas. Pray that God will raise up leaders with humility, wisdom and vision to serve effectively.

WEDNESDAY 31 As the year comes to an end, pray that, throughout 2026, many more skilled and called individuals will come forward to help MAF continue reaching isolated people with the love of Christ.
