MATTERS ARISING THEREOF: None INDUCTIONS / RETIREMENTS None MOTIONS IF ANY None PRESENTATION OF THE ANNUAL REPORT The Chairman thanked his team for the wonderful year gone by and requested Secretary Tr. Rahul Nahar to present the annual report. Tr. Rahul Nahar requested Area Chairman Tr. Inder Singh, Area Observer Tr. Shrikrishana Dayal and NHT Sq. Leg to release the Annual Report.

Message from Secretary: Tr. Rahul addressed the Head table and the floor and spoke about his year as a Secretary of 95. He Stated “A dream doesn’t become a reality through magic; it takes sweat, determination & hard work.”

He went on to say if we all dream to achieve a common goal, nothing is impossible. He proudly added that since we were all part of this dream we HAD achieved our goals and all our hardwork paid out.

He then quoted Henry Ford – “If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself”

7 He added that the year 2015 - 16 had been a completely different chapter in the history of MMRT 95. We have excelled in all Facets of Tabling and have truly lived up to the THEME – ‘CONNECT, RISE & ROAR’ We as a team have done exceedingly well, and he was PROUD of our ACHIEVEMENTS” and was a proud to be a 95er!

He thanked the support of the ever smiling and supportive Chairman Tr. Rishi, he admired his Love, Passion and Care for every member of RT95 and LC70.

He also acknowledged Tr. Roshan and Tr. Harish for taking up the huge responsibility of hosting the AAGM. He also thanked the undying support of LC70.

Secretary Tr. Rahul Stated that: We had completed all our 24 Business Meets for the Year We had an Average Attendance of 74.2% without Credits and 92.6% with Credits.

All correspondences received from National & Area board were shared with the Floor and minuted in MOMO in Chronological order.

Submitted reports of Table Conveners to the counterparts in AREA & NATIONAL. All Minutes of Meeting submitted on time within a few minutes of the meeting.

AGM Minutes submitted within a week.

A video monthly report submitted on official WhatsApp of National Head Board Members, Area Head Board Members & Area Board Group on the last day of each month.

Birthdays and Anniversaries were given out on time and he thanked Cr. Ridhima for her support Thanked IPC Cr. Poonam for her support and wished her Happy Birthday with ‘LADOOS’ Secretary Tr. Rahul requested the dignitaries to come off the Dias to play the convener presentations. He then gave a jist of the Conveners Report.

He thanked Area Chairman Inder and AST Ankit to be part of most of the porjects and community Service Activities.

Tr. Siddharth started his Report with the following Line “In the Last one year, we have invested A lot of time and effort and money on projects & CS activities, as Business men we want good return on our investments, so let’s see our returns:”

I-Opening, reading for the Blind Area-2 Flood Releif NNBS Area Initiative – 4 NNBS students were billeted in Tablers homes, Vivekananda School under 95 was shown to them He went on to add that a deserving project always finds a generous donor, and that we did most of the CS Activities with little or no help from the existing funds in our charity account. He also went on to Thank Chairman Rishi for his support, his fellow tablers, HT’s, Mentors, SI & Sqlegs fir their support and generous contributions. He also specially thanked CP Cr. Poonam and her entire team for their support and help.

9 Inter-Table Convener – Tr. Vijayraghavendra He had great fun doing this role, we had participated in 7 out of the 8 Intertable Events, with huge participation with good numbers, some highlights for the year were:

We were the hosts for TOPGUN Volleyball Event and this year we got a whopping 450 heads present making it the biggest Inter-table Event of the year, the venue was also chosen as the finishing point for the Area Freedom Drive, also thanked Cr. Bhavna for her meticulous planning 1st prize for the informal AAGM Spoof Competition, winners for the Facebook Likes Competition, he also mentioned he found out Tr. Rahul’s new talent during this competition and it would have been great Cr. Payal Dhiran was there since these both put up a tough fight.

RT39’s Strike 39 Bowling Competition, we won the MENS TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP AWARD. Rt42’s Badminton Competition, we won the MENS DOUBLES AWARD. RT159’s Spice Soccer, we won the FELLOWSHIP AWARD. RT162’s Potion Pandits, we won the FELLOWSHIP AWARD and the BEST BARTENDER – FEMALE CATEGORY RT181’s Cric-O-Mania, we won the FELLOWSHIP Trophy.

AREA 2’s National Fellowship Day, we won the FELLOWSHIP Trophy.

Area 2’s Dandiya Night, we won the FELLOWSHIP Trophy.

International Relations – Tr. Hemant Khandelwal He had mentioned that this year IRO was at an all-time high apart from COLOMBO, with Chairman Tr. Rishi kick-starting it by attending the Germany Business Meet. Tr. Varun had got a special thanks as he had attended 12 international meets. Special Thanks was also given to Sqleg Deepak Bhatia for year on year attending the International RT95 meets. All-in-all this year we attended 15 International meets and countless fellowships. Tr. Deepak also shared the theme for theme for the World International Meet 95 2017 ‘Incredible India’ with all the tablers present in the World International Meet of 95. Hosted by MMRT95

Publicity and Magazines – Tr. Mandeep Singh Bhasin Tr. Mandeep shared that: The biggest publicity Event was to Pin, share the coffee table book & proud moments of RTI with Indian Cricket Icon- Shikhar Dhawan endorsing FTE. He went on to share this on his Facebook page which go a massive publicity of 24,000+ likes.

The Dialysis Project was covered in Rajasthan Patrika and also the Dialysis centre put a permanent banner in our name.

The I-opening initiative was covered in The Hindu, Dina Malar, and Dina Thanthi Sticker Labels on notebooks and RTI logo on school bags and also the RTI logo on 2500 Back to School kits.

MMRT95 ensured that there was an article for every Area 2 Magazine, RTI Blog and National Table Talk Magazine. Tr. Mandeep was also recognized for Quarter1 for his contributions.

Fundraiser – Tr. Manoj Khatri and Tr. Vibhu

Tr. Vibhu came upto the podium and stated that we had faced a very difficult situation this year with the money market being very tight and especially due to the floods. Tr. Rishi added that all the funds raised this year went for directly to projects.

The Funds were raises through direct sponsorship and TOPGUN Pin Sales at the NAGM. We have raised more than 5,00,000/- which has helped to make 2500 Back To School Kits.

Go Green – VC Tr. Rajiv Sakhrani :

Tr. Rajiv stated that: We had done Plantation at the Vivekananda School – Minjur A joint GO-Green Project with Sivakasi Tablers RSRT158 Saplings were also planted in the Seva Samajam School Our Twinklers also actively participated in the Plantations

LAPD Convener – Tr. Mohit Bansal Tr. Rahul filled in for Tr. Mohit and stated that we had done: LAPD on acting and stage presence.

Attended the Area LAPD on the Biggest Loser Challenge.

Attended the Area LAPD – Ritz Entrepreneurship Tr.Vimal attended the TTE in Jaipur MMRT95 were part of the Area LAPD on Go-Green Projects by Rao Patrao

Piya for their contribution for ‘Hair for Hope’ Twinkler LAPD’s were conducted: Twr. Piya Conducted an LAPD on Tri-Colour Jelly Making on Independence Day. Twr. Fellowship Convener – Tr. Roshan Kumar Tr. Roshan was received with a huge applause, he stated that when Tr. Rishi requested him to be the Fellowship Convener, he was a little hesitant as he was not comfortable with the Post but he took it as a challenge and this now proved to be the biggest achievement for him in his tabling Career. He stated that he was successful because each tabler and circler was treated like a Bharati and thanked Chairman Rishi for his support through the year. He also stated that we were getting rd together on every 3 day of the year We had a whopping 117 fellowships this year plus 22 twinkler fellowships We have been awarded/recognized Nationally for every Quarter for our Fellowship We had an avg. attendance of 25 heads.

Excellent participation in all Area Events.

A Video was played for highlighting Fellowship in the last year and we also had a surprise Twinkler dancing to the tunes of the beat it was Tr. Abhishek Kohli RT104’s son

Treasurer – Tr. Harish Tr. Harish thanked Tr. Siddharth Daga for his support throughout the year, he was glad to mention Tr. Adithya had helped get the AOP Compliance.

14 PRESNTATION OF AUDITED ACCOUNTS The audited accounts were presented by Tr. Harish: Proposed BY : Tr. Varun Seconded BY : Tr. Roshan A Video was then played that showcased the wonderful year that MMRT95 have had.

Sergeant’s Act: The meeting was interrupted by the smooching sounds of Pussy Leone aka sergeant of the evening Mohit Bansal and Horny Baba Ramdev aka surprise debutant and our second sergeant of the evening HT Sachin Chhabria, accompanied by 2 very talented circlers Cr. Shivangi Daga and Cr. Shwetha Bansal

The Sergeants ‘came’ with their own AWARDS – ‘The Fuckanjali 95 Awards’ The First Award for the night was ‘The Husty Busty Fuckanjali Award’ : Horny BABA Closed his eyes and called upon the big HEAVY WEIGHTS of 95 Tr. Roshan Tr. Rahul and Sqleg Rahoul Jain. To win the award they had to dance to the tune of ‘Cholo ke Peeche Kya Hai’ Our Chulbul Pandey Roshan won the ‘Prestigious Award’ – Anti Sagging Aloe Vera

The Second award of the Day presented was ‘The Fuckanjali Desperado Award’ Horny Baba closed his eyes and presented the award to the man who leaves every party only by 2am, the ‘Boom Boom’ man Siddharth Daga.

Horny Baba then called on stage the ‘Man who life has no action and only cut’ the casting couch Guru Vijay.

Horny Baba asked the boys who are always on chatrooms to get woman to the Bedrooms – Desperado Varun and Sexy Jogger Rohit and Bimal to join the stage. They danced to the tune of ‘Bharo Maang Meri Bharo’ Vijay won the ‘Single Fuck Voucher with Pussy Leone’

The next Award by the sergeants was the ‘Fuckanjali JustComes Award’ The award ‘Fuckanjali Tissues – absorbs every drop’ was given to the newest comer Niren.

Even the Circlers were not spared, ‘LADOO Award’ went to Poonam

The Sergeants then started chanting ’95 95 95’ and started calling Area-Didi Sofia and Hemant for the Lollipop Award.

They called on stage the The Award for the ‘Fit Tit Award’ Ritesh and Harish. They both danced to ‘Aa re Pritam Pyaare’ award ‘Fuckanjali Cow Mutra’ which help in getting fitter was won by Tr. Harish

The Next Award ‘The Fuckanjali Ungli Award’, with no nominations needed the Award went to Punit Sampat, he won the ‘Chu Chu Viagra Tablets’ with special ingredient Cow Dung.

Rishi won the retirement kit award Even our Sqlegs were not spared each got a Lap Dance from Pussy Leone.

RISING STAR AWARD: Chairman Rishi requested Area Chairman Tr. Inder to give the award to 1.

Tr. Aditya for his contribution in making the 95 Trust Account AOP compliant, Tr. Rahul also awarded him with the Dosti Pin 2. Tr. Abhinay for his active role in the FTE and Cognizant Projects.

ADDRESS BY OUTGOING CHAIRMAN – TR.RISHI KAPUR

Chairman Tr. Rishi Kapur thanked the floor on giving him the opportunity to let him become the Chairman for the year 2015-16. He had mentioned that he had enjoyed every part of the journey this year on tabling had brought.

He was awestruck with the power of tabling and what it can do even after 7 years of tabling, be it providing for the recent flood hit victims, helping the needy, etc had been the most special moments and he went on to say these acts were better than a 1000 parties.

He Appreciated the Hard work by: He went on to firstly thank Mentor Vishal, HT Sachin, and SI Punit for being his guide and support without which these achievements would not have been possible. He also gave a special thanks to our Sqlegs Dr. Rajesh Gupta, Rajesh Sayani, Rahesh Bellani, Ravi Chandran Sanjiv Shah, Amit Kalra, Deepak Bhatia and Nilesh Kapadia for their contributions through the year.

He then thanked the self-attested Chairman – Tr. Rahul Nahar, for his meticulous reporting, hard work and dedication as a brilliant Secretary throughout the year, his consistency with same-day minuiting, monthly Video Reports, Colourful Quarterly Reports, and the Quarterly Printed Reports being handed over personally to various National and Area Dignitaries. The Best Super Secretary for all quarters is testimonial for his amazing work, he stepped beyond his role as secretary and his support was invaluable to all tabling activities. He wishes all the best for his upcoming role as Area 2 Secretary.

Tr. Siddharth had surpassed all expectations in Community Service and FTE Projects. His commitment, tinely visits, made sure that the gap in the lives of the lesser privileged were filled.

Thanked Tr. Roshan aka Chulbul Pandey gave us so many fellowships that they are engraved in our hearts. We have roared in our get-togethers and all area Events.

We were the noisiest Bunch around in all our Inter-table events, we made our presence felt all thanks to Tr. Vijayraghavendra, right from the SPOOF Competition.

Tr. Varun ensured that MMRT95’s name carried across International Waters.

He thanked Tr.Vimal and Tr.Hemant for representing MMRT95 in various Area and National forums.

Thanked the Newcomers Tr.Niren and Tr.Abhinay to take up active responsibilities in Tabling.

Thanked Aditya for all his efforts we are now AOP and TRUST Compliant.

Tr. Mandeep represented MMRT95 in the Area Board more than once.

Thanks Tr. Rohit for his work in the supply house and his efforts in the D2D Run. Thanked Tr. Manoj and Tr. Vibhu for their efforts in the Fundraiser Thanked Tr. Ritesh for co-ordinating and ensuring that we have 2 capable Tablers this year and 3 in the pipeline.

The also thanked CP Cr. Poonam and Cr. Anu, they were a large reason for the success in the CS and Projects. Also thanked whole of MMLC70 for their support in various Twinkler and Circlers Events at TOPGUN, their presence made every moment special, he also mentioned that MMLC70 and MMRT95 bonding reached newer heights.

Thanked NP Suman, NS Chris, NT Dhruv, AC Inder, AST Ankit, AVC Akshay, and IPAC Shriram for always being there to guide and support MMRT95 He thanked his Cr.Bhavana for all her love and support, without which all these accolades would not have been possible.

He wished VC Tr. Rajiv all the very best. He then played a video first dedicating to the beautiful and lovely ladies of MMLC70 and then a video showcasing the bonding we had through the year.

Tr. Rajiv Greeted the entire head board and the floor, he started his speech by thanking the wonderful and outstanding work done by Tr. Rishi Tr. Rahul and his team, he stated to Tr. Rishi that “our Table has definitely Connected Risen n Roared beyond imagination and your vision to take ’95 to the zenith of tabling’ has been appreciated by one and all associated with this movement.” He further went on to say that “the real tabling takes place in the heart, not just in the ballroom or table meetings. It’s a choice we make not only on our induction day, but over and over again, and that choice is reflected in the way we conduct ourselves in our day to day tabling affairs!”

He then added that to achieve a common dream, we dream together, we work together and we achieve together, simple words packing a huge punch. He added this thought is what will set us apart to achieve even larger goals by 95.

The Chairman ended up his speech with these wonderful lines.

ADDRESS BY AREA CHAIRMAN TR.INDER Greeted the Headboard, tablers, LC70, and tablers from other tables, he mentioned that this was the coolest and finest AGM he had seen in his 10years of tabling Loved the casual dress code of Shorts and printed Shirts.

It was the finest also because the way the AGM was conducted and MMRT95 had exceeded in each facet, 117 fellowships, 27 lakhs worth CS-Projects, congratulated Tr. Roshan and Tr. Siddharth for same.

The CS Campaign I-Support for the blind was a unique CS Activity.

He was proud to be a part of the 6 classroom block project at the World 95 School and recognized Tr. Hemant to have initiated same in his year as Chairman.

Communication was key and he appreciated Tr. Rahul’s tremendous efforts for his reports.

TOPGUN Volleyball was always one of the best fun & fellowship Event in Area2 with more than 300heads.

He requested the floor to give a standing ovation to IPC Tr. Rishi and Tr. Rahul.

ADDRESS BY GUEST OF HONOR – AST TR. ANKIT GUPTA Greeted the Headboard and floor and mentioned: This was the 2nd AGM he was a part of with MMRT95. First was as an Area Observer. And now Guest of Honor.

MMRT95 showed great Rigour and determination and also quoted “Teamwork divides the task and multiplies the success” MMRT95 was proof of that.

MMRT95 is one table that that ensured all conveners plan their year and move towards success and 95 would keep doing wonders in the years to come.

He congratulated Tr. Rishi for his past year and complimented him on his Orating Skills.

It is difficult to be consistent and congratulated Tr. Rahul on same and also mentioned that he was handing over the responsibility of AST to a very Capable Tabler.

Complimented Tr. Siddharth for his projects and requested Tr. Siddharth to take up more active roles in the Area, they needed people like him.

He congratulated ICP Cr. Poonam for the success in their year as well.

Super Star Punit Sampat’s small doubts in the area insured everyone was on top of their game and also were heading on the right track.

Mardi Gras was his first AAGM which was hosted by MMRT95 which was one of the best AAGM’s till date and he wished MMRT95 all the best on hosting the upcoming AAGM.
