Celebrate: In 2024, we celebrated numerous milestones that showcased the ingenuity and hard work of our local businesses. From grand openings to anniversaries, our community came together to honor these achievements. Our annual Awards Gala was a highlight, recognizing the outstanding contributions of individuals who have made Madison a thriving hub of innovation.
Inspire: Our mission to inspire through advocacy has never been more critical. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sponsorships will be invoiced 60-90 days prior to the event, if possible, and are due as invoiced. Some sponsorship fees are due and payable at the time of the signed contract. Refer to completed signed contracts for any additional terms and conditions that may apply.
The Madison Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to modify a sponsor’s logo concerning its presentation in color, black, or white for inclusion in Chamber artwork.
Payments for all contracts must be received before the event date or publicity for non-event contracts.
In line with the Madison Chamber Sponsorship Policy, the Chamber holds the sole and final authority to determine the acceptability of a sponsor or donor relationship and reserves the right to refuse to enter into a proposed sponsorship or donation agreement. RIBBON CUTTINGS
Ribbon cuttings are a great way to bring attention to your business for new openings and anniversaries. We offer ribbon cutting ceremonies Monday through Thursday at an additional cost of $250. We will support your planning by sending invitations to our built-in network, local elected officials, and ambassadors. Additionally, we will help market the event through our social media channels and newsletters.
The associated fee allows us to promote, market, and support your business leading up to the event and through post-event marketing. The sooner you book your ribbon cutting, the more opportunities you have to promote your event.
For an additional $100 fee, we will send a photographer to take at least 30 photos of your event or ribbon cutting and place them on the Madison Chamber’s Flickr account, where they will be made available for download.
