The Madison Chamber is dedicated to the mission of “Creating Community Connections and Growing Businesses.” As President, I have witnessed the remarkable efforts of our staff, Chamber Board, Ambassadors, and members to fulfill this mission, resulting in significant accomplishments over the past two years.
In 2023, we celebrated milestones such as the inaugural Hot Cocoa Stroll and our first Chamber-hosted golf tournament. We also had record-breaking attendance at several events. These programs provided valuable platforms for networking and fostering connections within our business community.
Additionally, we revamped the format of our State of the City event, now known as “Celebrate Madison,” introducing a more engaging and inclusive experience for all participants. Celebrate Madison has become one of our city’s most anticipated events and draws in hundreds of residents for an evening of fun, food, and fireworks.
Reflecting on these achievements, I take pride in the progress we have made and am eager about the future initiatives that lie ahead. As we look forward, there is excitement and anticipation for the continued growth and impact of the Madison Chamber.
It is both a privilege and an honor to contribute to the betterment of our community and act as a connector, facilitating the prosperity of our city and its business owners.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Sponsorships will be invoiced 60-90 days prior to the event, if possible, and are due as invoiced. Some sponsorship fees are due and payable at the time of the signed contract. Refer to completed signed contracts for any additional terms and conditions that may apply.
The Madison Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to modify a sponsor’s logo concerning its presentation in color, black, or white for inclusion in Chamber artwork.
Payments for all contracts must be received before the event date or publicity for nonevent contracts.
In line with the Madison Chamber/Sponsorship policy, the Chamber holds the sole and final authority to determine the acceptability of a sponsor or donor relationship and reserves the right to refuse to enter into a proposed sponsorship or donation agreement. WASSAIL FESTIVAL
The annual downtown Madison Wassail Festival is a winter tradition that takes place on the evening of the city’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. Each participating business in downtown prepares a delicious wassail recipe that the public samples and then votes for their favorites. All of this excitement begins with the Madison Chamber’s Glow Stick Parade down Main Street where more than 300 participants gather to march to the Christmas tree.
