• Denim jeans, shorts and skirts are allowed, but need to be worn neatly and modestly
• No high cut shorts
• No visible cleavage
• No midriffs or visible underwear
• Leggings or sports tights can only be worn under modest shorts
• Sleeveless tops and dresses need a shoulder strap wider than 2cm, and fabric is not to be see-through unless a camisole or singlet is worn underneath.
• Covered footwear including track shoes or court shoes
• Brimmed hat eg. the college bucket hat
Clothes that advertise anything that contradicts the college values eg. secular brands, violence, sexuality, alcohol or drugs are not acceptable.
A selection of jewellery (within reason) may be worn excluding any visible or facial piercings, other than earrings. Boys may not wear earrings or studs. Students may be asked to remove rings, bracelets or necklaces for safety reasons in some classes.

Mystery Tour begins at 12:00am, with the bus departing from the MECC.
Students arrive back to MCC at approximately 6:00pm Friday 17 November.

FRIDAY 15 NOVEMBER | 8:30am
Offered as alternative to graduating Seniors who choose not to attend the Mystery Tour.
One of our teachers will oversee a Senior’s Breakfast which will be provided by the college. This will be held from 8.30am on Friday morning at the King’s Park campus. Seniors will be allowed to leave at 10.30am with parental permission.
Seniors who do not attend the Mystery Tour must attend this event in order to fulfil their requirements for graduation.
The students who are attending the breakfast are expected to be well presented and dressed in good casual attire.
• Upon entering, stand tall, shoulders back and smile
• Walk across to the Principal on the red carpet
• Extend your hand to shake the Principal’s hand
• With the Principal, turn and face the photographer and smile
• Bring a spare pair of flat shoes for comfort and suitable for dancing

FEMALES
The following dress code is provided to outline the standard of dress expected at the College’s Year 12 Graduation Dinner for students, teachers and guests.
The overall style should be in keeping with the formal atmosphere of the evening. The aim is to dress fashionably and modestly, and to feel comfortable throughout the evening’s activities.
• Fabrics are not to reveal underwear
• Full-length or knee-length dress, or top and skirt combination (no mini-skirts)
• The bodice may be strapless, halter neck, or have thin straps, but the chest and back area from beneath the armpit down to the waistline is to be covered, i.e. no low-cut front or backless dresses/tops
• Skirts are not to expose midriff or have splits over and above the knee
• Ladies’ suit style – jacket and trousers, with a camisole or top worn under the jacket
• Dress shoes in keeping with the style of the dress or suit (and comfortable for dancing!)
• Shoes are to be worn all night due to the venue’s WHS regulations – suggestion: bring second pair of enclosed shoes (flats) for comfort
There is a Dress & Suit Register – please email your photos of both the front and back of your attire to events@mccmky.qld.edu.au to ensure your attire conforms to the College’s Senior Graduation Dress Code and that there will be no unplanned duplicates on the night.
All outfits must be approved by Thursday 31 October.

MALES

• Long-sleeved or short-sleeved, button-through dress shirt with tie/bow-tie or collar stud if shirt has a Chinese style collar – worn tucked into trousers
• Long dress trousers – are not to be snug fitting, no jeans, cargo pants, corduroy etc
• Dress shoes – no thongs, sandals etc
• Males may also choose to wear a formal-style suit – available for hire from local menswear stores
• If you are not wearing a suit, a jacket is preferred but optional
