Founded in 1996, Stoford specialise in occupier led pre-let commercial property developments. We are a privately owned company with all the shareholders taking an active role in the running of the business.

Working in partnership with occupiers, landowners and investors, our committed team have developed in excess of 14m sq ft throughout the UK, including industrial, office, retail and hotels. Our high quality schemes have been recognised at industry level, achieving a number of prestigious awards.

Unique features of the fit out works included fully air-conditioned production areas, specialist treatments area, a 34,000 sq ft internal office design facility including a mezzanine running centrally down the facility to include viewing panels and 16,000 sq ft specialist collaboration area to allow for testing and commissioning of aircraft wings.

Stoford worked with Curtiss-Wright to relocate four existing facilities into one new national manufacturing Centre of Excellence at Bournemouth International Airport. Planning for this brownfield site was secured in 12 weeks and involved detailed negotiation with the Environment Agency and Natural England to deal with on-site flooding and significant ecological issues. The hi-tech facility started on site in February 2016, and completed in January 2017.
