Buyers in the market today are very aware of what they want and with low inventory and more buyers this will continue to push pricing through the spring and summer months.�

Homes in Rancho Santa Fe were on the market an average of 290-350+ days in Q1 and we are now seeing those numbers drop to around 140-170. Sellers are seeing more buyers out looking, and buyers are buying! The summer and fall season should be just as hot in the luxury market, and overall we should see around the same number of sales, if not a few more, than last year by Q4.â&#x20AC;?

There is high inventory (59 homes as of this writing), and we see strong buyer demand which should continue.â&#x20AC;?

There is high inventory (59 homes as of this writing), and we see strong buyer demand which should continue.”
