QUILTING (6TH-12TH) | WEDNESDAY

“Surrounding someone with a warm quilt is so wonderful! Are you interested in learning how to quilt? We’ll work together to finish several small quilted projects using different techniques so you can learn which style is your favorite! All you need is (1) a willingness to join our quilt circle, (2) the ability to thread a needle, knot the thread, and hand sew a straight line, and (3) a few cotton fabrics that you like. All our projects will be made by hand, but if you want to sew a quilt faster, you can use the same techniques on your sewing machine at home. Returning and experienced students can work on bigger or more advance projects if they wish. Note: while the class runs from 3:00-5:00pm, students are welcome to come later or leave earlier, although having less time in class will mean less time to work on the projects at school.” Instructor: Wendy Brown

ECO FASHION BOUTIQUE | TUESDAY (6th-12th)

We are very excited to launch our new Kid Made Fashion Workshop! In these short-session classes we will make several fun projects that can be completed within the semester. At the end of the term, all the kids’ creations will be showcased in a fashion show and displayed for a short time in the “Eco Fashion Boutique”.
