This housing project is a unique and innovative approach to urban living. The building features an open first floor that is designed to seamlessly connect with a new park across the street, providing residents with easy access to green spaces and outdoor activities. The apartments are modular units that can be easily added or subtracted, allowing for flexibility in the number of units and the overall layout of the building. Additionally, the spaces created by removing units can be used for open spaces with lush greenery and trees, further enhancing the connection to nature. This project aims to create an oasis in the city, where residents can enjoy the best of both worlds - the convenience and amenities of urban living combined with the serenity and beauty of nature.
