With the use of different layers we can see the different uses throughout the building. Where there are long windows the use is fashion the other is housing.

The first floor of the housing project is dedicated to commercial and manufacturing spaces for the fashion industry. This floor is designed to provide spaces for the production of garments, from fabric to finished product, as well as exhibition and runway spaces. The idea behind this is to create a hub for the fashion industry, allowing residents to work in close proximity to each other and collaborate in a shared space. Additionally, the first floor will have green spaces to provide a connection with nature and a sense of calm in the busy area. This floor serves as a foundation for the unique concept of the project, which aims to integrate living and working spaces in a way that benefits the residents and the local industry.

The second floor of the housing project is dedicated to fashion shows and bigger fashion shops for runways. This floor is designed to provide larger spaces for runway shows and exhibitions, as well as bigger retail spaces for fashion shops. The idea is to create a space that can accommodate larger audiences and events, allowing residents to showcase their work to a wider audience. This floor also serves as a hub for fashion industry events, such as fashion weeks or showcases, which can attract visitors and create a sense of community and excitement around the project. Overall, the second floor builds on the foundation of the first floor by providing a larger and more visible space for fashion industry events and businesses.

The upper floors of the housing project are dedicated to residential apartments, which are designed with open spaces and ample natural light to create a connection with the outside environment. However, in addition to the apartments, there are also community amenities located on some floors, such as shared kitchens, reading rooms, and laundry facilities. The building height is designed to vary according to its location within the context. The side of the building facing the main road is taller, while the side facing the neighborhood is shorter. This approach allows more natural light to enter the project, prevents overshadowing of neighboring buildings, and helps the project blend in with the surrounding neighborhood. Overall, this design strategy contributes to the project's goal of creating a sense of community and collaboration with its surroundings.
