190 homes priced $800,000 and above sold in the Phoenix Metro area last month. Homes priced between $1,500,000 to $2,000,000 saw the highest selling success last month with 63% listing success rate. We are still seeing the lowest listing rate for homes priced $3,000,000 and higher due to affordability hence fewer buyers in the market. Good news for homeowners looking to sell over the $3,000,000 price point because we are seeing much more activity with 16 homes under contract by end of February, the highest in the past 2 years. As expected, the highest annual appreciation was for homes between $800,000 and $1,000,000
