A North Shore native, Chow has been working overseas for several years. Noted as one of BC’s most admired female chefs, Carol calls herself a flavour forward person; a philosophy that takes the guess work out of enjoying great food. Her exquisitely simple style will be evident in every dish she produces for the restaurant and its guests, at every occasion. A natural teacher, she is devoted to guiding the next generation of chefs and never misses an opportunity to pass on her knowledge and passion for food.
