Utbildningen i företagsekonomi förbereder för en mängd olika arbetsuppgifter och roller i både företag, organisationer och förvaltningar. Ämnet ger kunskap om och förståelse för hur företag och andra organisatio ner fungerar internt och som en del av samhället. De inledande 30 hp utgörs av en bred företagsekonomisk introduktion. Därefter följer delkurser inom organisation, marknadsföring, finansiell planering och ekonomisk analys, extern redovisning och rapportering samt företagsekonomisk metod. På nivån 61-90 hp finns fördjupningsområdena redovisning, strategi, finansiering, marknadsföring, organisation samt entreprenörskap. Möjlighet finns även att läsa andra specialkurser. De examensarbeten som ingår omfattar 15 hp vardera. På avancerad nivå erbjuds 7 olika magister program med olika inriktningar. På dessa program finns såväl svenska som internationella studenter.
