// EFFICIENCY The Lumikko L400 offers the highest air volume and air exit speed on the market. These, together with the high cooling and heating power, ensure an even temperature in the entire cargo space.
// SERVICE-FREE In addition to filters and oil changes, the only part which needs servicing during regular maintenance is the water pump belt. This, combined with long intervals between oil changes, produces significant savings in operating costs.
// SILENT POWER Stepless control of the condenser fans guarantees a low noise level for the heat controller and optimal operation, regardless of the outdoor temperature. In addition, the new exhaust muffler guarantees an even lower noise level.
L400 // SILENT POWER – MORE POWER, LESS NOISE Beltless transmission, the constant running speed of the diesel engine, the power control of the refrigeration system and stepless control of the condenser fans guarantee unprecedented reliability and a low noise level, together with lower operating and servicing costs. The electric power needed in diesel operation is produced through the water-cooled generator, built using state-of-the-art permanent magnet technology. The generator is nearly service-free compared with traditional generators.
EASE AND PRECISION THROUGH OPERATING LOGIC
A NEW LEVEL OF RELIABILITY
The user-friendly Lumikko control panel makes the device easy to use. The user interface guides users using simple graphical symbols and their native language so that users only need to set the desired temperature and switch the device to mains or diesel mode. The Start/Stop function built into the control system has been optimised to minimise the diesel engine’s running time, producing savings on fuel costs. As the thermostat has a shorter running time, the maintenance interval and the device service life are longer.
The new construction of the device gives significant advantages by reducing the number of components – belts and bearings – which normally require regular maintenance. As the diesel engine operates constantly at a low running speed, the engine has a long service life. The semi-hermetic compressor, acting as the heart of the refrigeration system, contains no shaft seals, significantly reducing refrigerant leaks. The electric compressor is silent and vibration-free.
