This week, the planBelize Cabinet was busy at a working retreat where the progress of planBelize was dissected and analyzed. Cattle exportation began one day after the election victory. The Blue Bond was fixed in one year with unprecedented negotiation and innovation. John Briceño and team added Venezuela to the debt-relief plans and one billion dollars were saved in just two years in office. Exports of non-traditional agricultural goods like sorghum,
