The sequence of the Hub Device’s changing ‘health’.

From Blue to Red, the device will be utilising traffic-light system to convey the current state of the user’s CF Rating. This will be further visualised using the stepped tilt mechanism, as the mechanism tilts the Head of the Hub Device, it will seem more upset about the user’s carbon footprint.

Few structural ribs, due to its curved shape retaining the strength of the components.

Push-fit assembly will be the common method to assemble the components. This is showing off the push-fit for the plug casing. Structural ribs to ensure the component retains stability during the injection moulding process.

All flat surfaces have a 1 degree draft angle and edges have been rounded.
