On top of football, we will spend additional days, every week of camp, in the weight room working on building strength and developing speed & agility with our Strength & Conditioning Coach. You do not need to sign up for the additional Strength & Conditioning Camp. Every day, campers need to bring shorts, t-shirt, proper gym shoes (no crocs, flip-flops, HEYDUDE’s, etc.), and football cleats. In the beginning of the summer, all campers will receive a helmet, shoulder pads, and a locker (to store their equipment). This is not a mandatory camp, but it is highly encouraged that all freshmen who want to play football during the season, attend as many practices as possible to get a leg up on the competition Our Head Freshman Football Coach, Matt Hohs, will email any new information, changes to the schedule, or updates to the camp throughout the summer
