Welcome to the Lowther Pavilion, nestled in the heart of Fylde. The last 6 months have brought a great deal of change to the Lowther Pavilion, but our dedication to providing the best entertainment to Lytham, St. Annes & Fylde has not. Over the last few months we’ve built a new box office, the gardens have been planted for their summer blooms and we’ve begun the process of planning our next stage of renovations to make Lowther an iconic venue for the next 100 years. We’ve taken part in the Lytham St. Annes St George’s Day festival supporting 3 different charities; helping to bring a weeks worth of celebrations and laughter to the Lytham Green. We’ve played host to dragons in the rafters, sing-alongs for dementia and even a marriage proposal. We had the honour of saying good-bye to our good friend Duggie Chapman and welcoming back professional theatre makers who once treaded our boards as children. All the while we’ve been able to bring you, our neighbours & patrons, musical experiences, cutting edge comedy, new theatre from award winning playwrights and entertainment from across the world. There is never a dull day at Lowther and with you it’s only going to be more interesting. As we are constantly adding new and exciting evenings to our calendar, this brochure isn’t a complete list of events that are taking place between now and October but you can keep up to date by visiting our website – www.lowtherpavilion.co.uk. You can also join our mailing list to receive updates throughout the year on events and news from the Lowther Pavilion, just contact the box office on 01253 794221 where a member of staff will be happy to help you; don’t forget you can get up to the minute information through our Facebook and Twitter accounts @LowtherTheatre We are excited to invite you to our Summer 2017 season and welcome to the Lowther Pavilion, we can’t wait to see you. The Lowther Pavilion gratefully acknowledges support from

Our old seats have been refitted with a state of the art seating system which gives us greater flexibility in how the space is used, allowing an event to be held on a flat floor in the afternoon and turned into a theatre with fixed seating in the evening. Each seat can be sponsored for a donation of ÂŁ200 and your contribution will be acknowledged by a plaque on the seat for a period of ten years. If every seat in the theatre is sponsored, it will raise a further ÂŁ90,000 towards the Love Lowther appeal. We already have over a hundred seats sponsored.
